"Secure and Reliable, but Advanced Features and Setup Need to Be More Intuitive"
2.5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

What I like most about OneSpan Sign is its ease of use, security, and reliability. The platform simplifies the document signing process, allowing users to complete agreements quickly from anywhere. I also appreciate its strong authentication features, audit trails, and compliance capabilities, which help ensure secure and legally binding transactions. Additionally, its integration options and user-friendly interface improve efficiency for both businesses and customers, reducing turnaround times and enhancing the overall signing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

OneSpan Sign is a reliable and secure platform, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced features can be difficult for new users to learn without training, and the interface may feel less intuitive compared to some competitors. Occasionally, document setup and workflow customization can take extra time, especially for complex signing processes. In addition, integration and administrative settings may require technical knowledge to configure properly. While these issues are not major, improving usability and simplifying certain features would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Drag-and-Drop CIBC Documents and Send Everything at Once"
5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

I like the most is we can drag all the CIBC documents at one spot and send it all at once instead of using CIBC different systems to send whch creats frustration and confusion for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

So far, I haven't discovered any dislike yet for myself. It did fulfill what I need at the moment. But If the feature can also save the phone# for validation that would be great, of course, we'll still check the phohe# before we send out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"E-Signatures with Seamless Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

It’s easy to use and intuitive, with seamless integrations with other apps. The pricing isn’t too bad, and I like the way it uses AI. The smart onboarding also makes it much easier to understand the product and get started quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

There’s a lack of awareness around OneSpan. The e-signature space is largely dominated by seasoned players like DocuSign, and I haven’t seen or heard much about OneSpan through marketing, which makes it easier to overlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Carrier-Accepted Digital Signatures with OneSpan"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

We are in the insurance space and carriers accept OneSpan for digital signatures. For our needs it provides the same utility as Docusign but at a fraction of the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

It is not as simple to setup as Docusign. There are not as many paths to creating clean custom company branding without knowing how to do some basic coding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Straightforward E-Signing That Streamlines Document Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

What I like most about OneSpan Sign is how easy it is to send, sign, and manage documents securely. The interface is straightforward, making it simple for both senders and recipients to complete the signing process without confusion. I also appreciate the strong security features and audit trail, which provide confidence that documents are authentic and compliant. It integrates well into business workflows, helping reduce paperwork, speed up approvals, and save time compared to traditional signing methods. Overall, it has made document management more efficient and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

OneSpan Sign works well overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface can feel a bit outdated compared to other modern e-signature platforms, and some workflows require more clicks than necessary. Finding certain settings or document options is not always intuitive, especially for new users. In addition, I would like to see more seamless integrations with third-party applications and faster loading times when managing larger document packages. Improving the navigation and simplifying common tasks would make the overall experience more efficient and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface with Limited Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

I find the interface extremely user-friendly. The integration of certain formats with the tool is extremely useful for data review. I found the initial setup to be very simple, especially with the support of YouTube videos and the frequently asked questions they offer, which are quite clear with the information we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

I feel they have limited format support. For example, we cannot upload PDFs, so we have to convert them with an external tool. However, other than that, I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Setup, But Support Needs Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

I like how the initial setup of OneSpan Sign was straightforward and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

I think the support is a weak point. There's a slow response on things like adding licenses, and there's at least one account of a generally bad experience. A user had signed documents go missing with poor response from OneSpan Sign's team, and it mattered legally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Easy, and Accurate Document Signing"
5/5
What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

I use OneSpan Sign for signing documents, and I love how fast and accurate it is. Once signed, it takes effect immediately, and it captures my signature very close to my actual one. I find it easier to work with compared to Adobe Acrobat, and the setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

Maybe the UX could be a little improved but overall I'm very happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
