"A Powerful, All-In-One Platform"

What do you like best about OneCrew?

The best part is having everything in one system. We were looking to combine our workflows, and OneCrew does that. The estimating and proposal tools are solid, and we're starting to get the hang of building out our services. The mapping feature has also been surprisingly helpful. For one specific job, the satellite imagery in OneCrew was more up to date than Google Maps, which was a big help for an estimate. What do you dislike about OneCrew?

I'd love to see more color options for line work on the maps. Most of the colors are too dark and blend into the background, which makes it hard for us and our customers to see the outlined areas clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OneCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem OneCrew is solving is getting us out of using multiple different platforms to run the business. Before, things were disconnected between estimating, invoicing, and scheduling. Now, we can build an estimate, send a proposal, and eventually schedule the work all in one place. This is making our workflow much more efficient and connected. "Industry-Specific Estimating with Professional Quotes and Powerful Analytics"

What do you like best about OneCrew?

That it is industry specific. Can build in formulas and all inputs for estimating. One system to be able to run most processes off of. Very professional looking estimates. What do you like best about OneCrew?

It's FANTASTIC!

All in one estimating, CRM, scheduling, mapping, and project management app. It's easy to program (like an excel spreadsheet), and produces nice clean presentations for our clients. We've migrating all job costing functions from QB and are only using OneCrew to manage work in progress and job cost reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCrew?

They need to improve the mapping function due to pdf page formatting issues. We often need to make multiple adjustments to the layout of items on the repair map to fit the pdf proposal presentation correctly. What problems is OneCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before OneCrew, we used power point, excel, and adobe pdf to create our estimates & sales presentations. Now it's all in the one app and makes everything incredibly efficient.

It keeps all our client info and bidding information within a single platform. With built in estimating and jobsite repair mapping and the ability to include photos in the sales presentation for customers is fantastic. We also use it for sales and job profit analytics.
