What do you like best about OneCause?

We love the ease of using the website for our auction needs. It is so user-friendly. If there is ever any question that needs to be answered, customer service is right on it to help out. Our auctions have always run smoothly with onecause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCause?

The only item I would suggest is when you create a fixed item to sell that you would be able to list multiple sizes/quantities under one item/package. Instead, you have to list each fixed item by its size as a separate item/package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneCause?

I appreciate that OneCause helped me manage a silent auction, allowing us to exceed our fundraising goals. I found it somewhat useful how the system managed each auction item efficiently for users to bid and control the bidding process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCause?

I find the setup process with OneCause to be quite arduous, especially because of the overwhelming amount of information and tutorials needed, which complicates the experience. The platform is not user-friendly for those with limited time, especially when organizing a one-time event. I had expected a straightforward setup, but navigating through various tutorials and steps was frustrating and time-consuming. There is a steep learning curve which requires more simplicity and less dependency on external step-by-step guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
