**What do you like best about Onboarded?**

Onboarded is a trusted and valued partner. They are extremely responsive and willing to help our mutual customers when questions arise. Many of the tasks are available and ready to use with a click of a button, so starting from scratch is often not necessary beyond documents which are specific to your company. Even those can be added with a wizard that generally provides a straightforward setup that takes minutes, not hours or days.

In terms of frequency, many of our customers are using this every day.

I feel like we're teammates rather than just vendor-client as we routinely work to solve problems together, and their team asks for input often. I see this partnership continuing to grow and become more powerful for our end clients.

**What do you dislike about Onboarded?**

As with any product that has only been around for a couple of years, some individual prebuilt tasks may have minor issues that aren't identified until they are stress-tested. However, if proper testing is done, these are normally addressed before the new hires (or any other form fillers) receive the tasks to complete.

**What problems is Onboarded solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarded solves many of our customers' problems - they no longer have to manually download and file completed documents. Task sets are dynamic based on role, location, client site, client name, and much more. Most importantly, agencies have control over what the onboarding process looks and feels like while still ensuring the completed (original) documents are in the format required for compliance purposes.

**What do you like best about Onboarded?**

Onboarded is made up of a team dedicated to enhancing the user experience while keeping a careful focus on compliance. They work closely with their clients, and their product addresses particular onboarding challenges—especially for organizations with diverse onboarding requirements depending on location, customer, role, and other factors.

**What do you dislike about Onboarded?**

Onboarded is clearly designed with developers in mind, which can sometimes make it difficult for end users to understand certain features. However, the team is very responsive, offering prompt support and actively involving end users in discussions about product improvements. They are also receptive to constructive feedback, which helps them continually refine and enhance their product.

**What problems is Onboarded solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization often sends employees to client sites, each with their own onboarding requirements, such as acknowledging specific policies. The system's ability to use APIs to present forms directly within our native app creates a seamless experience and offers significant flexibility in how we manage our onboarding processes.

**What do you like best about Onboarded?**

Onboarded makes employee onboarding fast, simple, and efficient. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and ideal for high-volume or compliance-driven hiring. It saves time, reduces paperwork, and delivers a great experience for both employers and new hires. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Onboarded?**

We haven't experienced any dislikes with Onboarded.  They are very responsive and great to work with.

**What problems is Onboarded solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarded has been a great partner in supporting our WOTC tax credit processing services. Their platform fits naturally into the onboarding process, helping ensure required information is captured accurately and on time. The team has been responsive, collaborative, and aligned with our goal of delivering strong results for our clients.

Great technology solving a real problem in tracking compliance and onboarding tasks - fantastic team to work with. They have some great integrations so that you don't have to integrate into a variety of different products.

**What do you dislike about Onboarded?**

No qualms! They are a great company to work with.

**What problems is Onboarded solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarded is helping to centralize onboarding and compliance efforts that are typically manual, arduous to track, and hard to standardize. It's doing what an ATS has traditionally done for the hiring funnel, but bringing compliance elements into the worker lifecycle - closer to the placement of the worker.
