"Clean, Organized Task and Schedule Management in Payoneer Workforce Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

What I like most about Payoneer Workforce Management is how it keeps day-to-day work organized and easy to manage. I really appreciate the clean interface, and it’s simple to track tasks, schedules, and other important information all in one place, which makes everything feel more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

One thing I find a bit inconvenient is that some features take a little time to get used to, especially the first time you use them. There are also a few areas that could be more intuitive, but overall it’s manageable once you become familiar with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Akhil Mittal of Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)

Hi Yashraj, thank you so much for the 5-star review.

Glad the clean interface and having tasks, schedules, and workforce information in one place are keeping your day-to-day organized and your workflow more convenient.

On some features taking time to get used to initially, fair callout. I've shared this with our product team to look at the learning curve for new users.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this.

"Easy, Straightforward, and Packed with Useful AI Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

What I like best is having all my payslips, tax forms, and benefits in one clean UI / UX dashboard that is super easy to navigate on a daily basis. The platform's smooth Integrations and fast Performance mean my timesheets sync right away and my multi-currency salary payouts always arrive on time without delay. The helpful Support / Onboarding and smart AI / Intelligence features make updating my personal details or checking local tax rules stress-free, giving me great peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

What I dislike is the annoying security setup, having to enter a new email verification code every single time I log in impacts the overall UX convenience, althogh I understand why it's necesary. Also, when checking my pay details, the currency exchange rates and payout processing speeds can sometimes feel a bit unclear or slow depending on the bank, which affects day-to-day Performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Akhil Mittal of Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)

Hi Daniel, thank you so much for the 4.5-star review.

Glad the unified dashboard for payslips, tax forms, and benefits, along with smooth timesheet syncing and on-time multi-currency payouts, is delivering that peace of mind.

On the clarity around exchange rates and payout processing speed by bank, fair callouts. I've shared with our product team.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this.

"Easy to use and recieve money through"
5/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I really like Payoneer Workforce Management because it's an easy and user-friendly platform. It lets me select whatever type of wallet or bank that I need and helps me receive my paycheck every month without any issue or hiccup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

The help feature response time is quite slow, which can be frustrating when I need quick resolutions. Sometimes, even simple issues take about two business days to be resolved. I also had problems when I tried to use ArcWallet for payments, and it required a SWIFT code which my bank doesn’t have, so I couldn't complete the setup for payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Akhil Mittal of Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)

Hi Jonathan, thank you so much for the 5-star review.

Glad flexible wallet and bank options are making your monthly paycheck reliable and issue-free.

On support taking around two business days even for simple issues, and ArcWallet requiring a SWIFT code your bank doesn't have, which blocked setup entirely, fair callouts on both. I've shared these with our support and product teams.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this.

"Fast, Hassle-Free Payments with Responsive Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I get paid on time in my local currency, with my earnings sent directly to my local bank account. Payments are fast, and I can raise questions and get quick answers from customer support. Payoneer Workforce Management sends weekly invoices directly to my clients, so I don’t have to create and send them myself. I can track payment status in the app and contact support there about payment timing or supported currencies. The initial setup was easy to understand and quick, and the team replied by email within a day after I provided my documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I’d like Payoneer Workforce Management to let me keep my earnings in a wallet within the app instead of sending payments directly to my linked account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Payroll Tools and Seamless Signing, Despite an Aging Web UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I like that Payoneer Workforce Management brings my salary and expense management together and automates the payroll-related things I need to keep track of. I can do my regular tasks in the mobile app, just like I can on the web app, without having to use my laptop. Contract signing was smooth and seamless: the documents were already there, shown to me one by one so I could read and sign them, and the terms were communicated transparently. I could send the documents for the other party to sign and remind them through the app, so I didn’t have to chase them by email and all the communication happened there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I think the web app could be polished a bit. The design feels a little old, and some common workflows and user experiences could be improved. I also had some hiccups with two-factor authentication: after I added my mobile number, I couldn’t log in because I wasn’t receiving OTPs. Support promptly fixed the issue. "SKUAD Makes Invoicing and Pakistani Bank Payments Fast, Simple, and Cost-Effective"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

SKUAD has transformed how we handle invoicing and payments—especially for a Pakistan-based team

UI/UX & Workflow Impact

Setting up (On boarding) SKUAD took minutes, not hours. The interface is intuitive enough that I didn't need to reference documentation to connect my Pakistani bank account or add client details. The automatic invoice generation feature alone saves me 20+ minutes per week—I no longer manually create invoices; one click and it's done and ready to send.

Pricing & ROI—A Game-Changer vs. Legacy Options

This is where SKUAD really stands out. Our previous workflow used Payoneer for freelance payments, which charged 3% per transaction. On a $500 payout, that's $15 lost to fees. SKUAD's flat $15 cut per transaction is a massive win—especially on smaller payouts where Payoneer's percentage model was punishing. Over a year, this pricing structure saves us thousands of PKR that we can reinvest in the business.

Security & Reliability

Money moves from SKUAD to our Pakistani bank account quickly and securely. The visibility into transaction status and direct bank transfers (vs. intermediary platforms) gives us confidence that payments arrive intact. No surprise holds or currency conversion surprises.

What Surprised Me

I expected a basic payment tool; instead, I got a full invoicing workflow that integrates seamlessly with our local banking ecosystem. The fact that it's optimized for Pakistani businesses means fewer workarounds.

Who This Is Best For

Pakistani freelancers, agencies, or service providers tired of bleeding 3% on every payout to Payoneer or similar platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I have not seen a chatbot while on boarding that can help in any urgent queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Akhil Mittal of Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)

Hi Mujtaba, thanks so much for the 5-star review.

Thank you so much for this incredibly detailed review - this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us understand where we're creating real value.

The before/after you've laid out - manual invoicing, percentage-based fees bleeding into smaller payouts, and the complexity of getting money into Pakistani banks - maps precisely to the problems we set out to solve. Great to hear the flat fee structure, one-click invoicing, and direct bank transfers are delivering measurable savings and predictability for your team.

On the onboarding chatbot for urgent queries, that feedback we're actively working toward. In the meantime, our support team is available for urgent onboarding questions.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this in such depth.

"Convenient All-in-One Platform for Remote Payroll and Employment Details"
5/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

What I like most about Payoneer Workforce Management is that it makes managing my employment and payroll details pretty convenient. I can easily check my payslips, payment details, and other employment information in one place.

Since I work remotely for an international company, having everything in one platform makes things much easier and saves me from having to deal with different systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

The only thing I’d probably mention is the way the payslips are laid out. They’re not very detailed, so it can be a little hard to see the full breakdown at a glance. Other than that, the calculations have been correct, so it’s really just about making the payslips clearer and easier to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Akhil Mittal of Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)

Hi Ram, thank you so much for the 5-star review.

Glad having payslips, payment details, and employment information in one place is making remote work for an international company easier.

On payslips being hard to read at a glance without a fuller breakdown, fair callout. I've shared this with our product team.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this.

"Clear task communication and a convenient ticketing system"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

I’d say the clear communication around tasks, benefits, and the simple FAQ is really helpful, since you can go through it at your own convenience. And if you need something a bit more specific, the ticketing system is pretty convenient as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

Maybe there could be an option to do certain things automatically, or at least a way to confirm that they were completed. A good example would be changing your bank account and then clearly confirming that it will be the bank account used for future payments. It would also help if, when you make the change before the 15th, the system lets you know (or reassures you) that it will take effect for that cycle, so you don’t have to open a ticket just to be sure. Having a clear indication of this somewhere in the app would make the process much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Akhil Mittal of Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)

Hi Jesus David, thanks so much for the 4.5-star review.

Great to hear the FAQ, task communication, and ticketing system are all working well, and that handling a certificado laboral was straightforward.

Your bank account change feedback is one of the most specific and useful pieces of product input in a while. You're right that the system should proactively confirm: which account is active for the next cycle, whether a change made before the 15th takes effect immediately, and eliminate the need to open a ticket just to verify. That's a self-serve confirmation gap and I'll share it directly with our product team.

Really appreciate you taking the time.

"Convenient and swift"
5/5
What do you like best about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

The platform itself is clean and easy to use. Uploading documents, checking my contract details, and downloading invoices for my tax reporting takes just a few minutes. This is especially helpful for me as a sole proprietor, since I need proper paperwork for my local accounting, and everything I need is in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)?

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. The main thing I'd like to see improved is that, since the transition from Skuad to Payoneer, some parts of the interface took a bit of time to get used to, and a few settings moved to different places. It would also be helpful to have more detailed notifications about each payment stage, for example when funds are sent and when they are expected to arrive, so contractors can plan their finances more precisely. These are small points, though, and they don't affect my overall positive experience with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Akhil Mittal of Payoneer Workforce Management (Formerly Skuad + Boundless)

Hi Olena, thank you so much for the 5-star review.

Glad the clean platform and having documents, contract details, and invoices in one place is making tax reporting straightforward as a sole proprietor, and that reliable monthly pay as a remote contractor is giving you peace of mind.

On the post-transition interface adjustment and more detailed payment stage notifications, like when funds are sent versus expected to arrive, fair callouts. I've shared both with our product team.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this.
