Despite being based in Portugal and joining a company headquartered in Switzerland, I was able to complete the entire onboarding process and sign my employment contract in approximately two weeks. The speed and transparency of the process exceeded my expectations. The platform's UI/UX is one of its strongest points. Iuse it to access employment documents and manage administrative tasks. Everything is organized in a clear and intuitive way, so I can usually find what I need in just a few clicks without having to contact support or navigate through complex menus. Another aspect I appreciate is the responsiveness of the support team. Whenever I submitted a ticket, I received helpful responses, which gave me confidence that any issue or question would be resolved quickly. This was especially valuable during onboarding, when there are naturally many questions about contracts, benefits, and local employment requirements. An unexpected benefit has been how WorkMotion simplifies compliance and employment administration across countries. As someone working remotely for a US company while living in Germany, having WorkMotion handle all the compliance and legal stuff is a real relief. Honestly, it’s hard to find any real downsides. The applied conversion rate is a bit higher than I expected, so when converting from USD to EUR I end up with slightly less than anticipated.
