**What do you like best about onboard HR Software?**

For our company with 70 employees, this software is a noticeable relief in work. The two core areas – central knowledge management and automation – are completely covered. Through multiposting, applications from different channels converge into one system. The tracking is precise, so you can immediately see if a candidate has been in the process before. In everyday life, the automatic reminders for anniversaries and birthdays help, which are reliably sent to HR management and department heads. Even with vacation replacements, everything remains traceable thanks to centrally stored documents and histories. As a South Tyrolean company, onboard is approachable: You work without anonymous tickets, have short paths, and are appreciated as a customer even as a smaller company. The cooperation is simply fun.

**What do you dislike about onboard HR Software?**

There are currently no points of criticism. Our requirements are fully met and the collaboration with the team is running smoothly.

**What do you like best about onboard HR Software?**

onboard brings perfect structure to our applicant management: Each application is immediately assigned to the correct job posting and communication is seamlessly traceable via the messenger. Thanks to flexible filter settings and visibility options, we can easily manage our employees per location. Additionally, we appreciate the service: Adjustments are implemented quickly and individual customer requests are directly incorporated into the continuous development.

**What do you dislike about onboard HR Software?**

The system is in constant development due to the rapid incorporation of customer requests. We are pleased if the team continues this dynamic and solution-oriented path in the same way.

**What problems is onboard HR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to almost completely digitize our personnel management and centralize all documents in digital employee files. The pre- and onboarding checklists ensure that all internal preparations are made in advance and the first working day is perfectly organized. A huge time saver is the automated data query: Thanks to document templates with intelligent placeholders, contracts fill themselves with employee data as if by magic, ensuring we present ourselves in an absolutely professional manner.

**What do you like best about onboard HR Software?**

onboard convinces as a very user-friendly and self-explanatory system. It is structured so logically that new colleagues or departments hardly need any training, but can start working productively with it right away. Particularly valuable for us are the automated receipt confirmations, the quick comment function for internal coordination within the team, and the targeted qualification of applicants through tags for our talent pool. The support also always responds very quickly to questions.

**What do you dislike about onboard HR Software?**

The system largely meets our everyday expectations. As the software is continuously being developed, we look forward to future updates maintaining the simple approach and optimizing certain features, such as tag settings (export, filtering, multiple selection) or statistics.

**What problems is onboard HR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a corporate group with many locations and companies, we previously had the problem that applications ended up in various, decentralized mailboxes. This resulted in valuable time being lost and a lack of overview. onboard has fully digitized and centralized our entire recruiting process. It offers us the ideal complete package to clearly map complex structures, keep internal communication transparent, and make our daily HR work significantly more efficient.

onboard perfectly reflects the complexity of our many institutes and makes our processes feasible on this scale in the first place. Particularly impressive is the intuitive operation, which allows the system to run independently with 700 users without constant inquiries. Additionally, we appreciate the first-class collaboration with the young team, which directly implements our inputs.

So far, there are no points of criticism, as the team is extremely open to feedback and continuously adapts the system to our needs.

**What problems is onboard HR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software ensures enormous time savings through automation, as manual emails are eliminated and every new employee reliably receives the same information. At the same time, it guarantees compliance with data protection regulations and internal approval processes in recruiting. This way, no important step is overlooked in the commission, and we gain absolute legal certainty.

**What do you like best about onboard HR Software?**

I was already so convinced by the software at my previous employer that I implemented it directly in my new company after my transition. The system is the heart of my HR daily routine: besides MS Teams, the dashboard is the first window I open in the morning. The implementation was absolutely comprehensible and could be easily executed even without deep IT knowledge. A huge USP for us is the regionality: compared to anonymous software giants, you are not just a number here. The support team acts extremely proactively, suggesting new features on their own and providing lightning-fast assistance. Especially the automated generation of documents and the digital checklists for new hires save us time every day and have completely replaced the old paper-based system.

**What do you dislike about onboard HR Software?**

There is currently nothing that I dislike about the software or the collaboration. The system delivers exactly what it promises, runs absolutely stable, and the personal support is first-class.

We have gained enormous structure by switching from paper forms and Excel spreadsheets. The software solves the problem of confusing, fragmented HR data and provides maximum overview for the entire organization. The error-free automation of our onboarding processes noticeably relieves our administrative workflows.

Compared to rigid software solutions, onboard is an intuitive tool that can be precisely tailored to individual workflows. A significant advantage is the centralized team collaboration through the integrated messenger, which enables seamless traceability and mutual representation within the team. Additionally, the company impresses with high-quality and personal support that solves complex problems in a human and agile manner.

So far, Onboard has always been able to grow with our increasing complexity.

onboard functions as a central solution for applicant management in high-volume recruiting in the logistics industry. Through intelligent automations, such as reminders to delete applicant data according to retention periods, the manual administrative effort is massively reduced. The result is an optimized candidate experience, as we can communicate quickly and appreciatively despite floods of applicants. onboard creates the necessary structure for Europe-wide recruiting processes and makes departments and hiring managers independent of the IT department through intuitive handling.

The system immediately brings noticeable structure and transparency. As a South Tyrolean company, regionality and direct contact with the team in Lana are unbeatable arguments for us. A huge advantage is the API interfaces to partners like ASIX and Zucchetti. However, the absolute highlight is the support in the background: Our contact person Sandra is an absolute ideal choice – professional, courteous, and exactly the partner you wish for.

There are actually no real points of criticism. As an innovative and growing platform, there are naturally regular updates, but the team responds extremely quickly to feedback and continuously develops the system further. The fact that many renowned companies are now successfully working with onboard underscores the quality.

Our locations are distributed throughout the country like a network, which is why responsible employees at each location must work together. onboard provides a good basis for this collaboration.

**What do you like best about onboard HR Software?**

onboard impresses with its uncompromising user-friendliness. The system is extremely logically structured, so that in everyday life you almost never have to ask questions, but find everything immediately with common sense. Particularly valuable for us is the flexible applicant management including talent pool as well as the highly efficient, clear shift and deployment planning for our counter staff in the branches. In addition, the team is extremely customer-oriented and implements individual personalization requests in a partnership manner.

With the growth of the software, new features and modules are constantly being added. We hope that onboard will maintain this high standard of simple, intuitive operation even with future technical updates.

onboard resolves administrative hurdles at the crucial interfaces: From quickly posting job advertisements to the structured assignment of applicant statuses and even the automatic transfer into the digital employee file, everything runs seamlessly. Furthermore, the system enables us to plan deployments for our branches proactively and structures our internal processes for regular employee and development meetings. This provides us with enormous clarity and a noticeable ease of work.

**What do you like best about onboard HR Software?**

The most helpful aspect of Onboard for me is the perfect combination of intuitive operation and high flexibility. The software covers the entire employee lifecycle without appearing complicated.

Recruiting is very efficient: job postings can be created in just a few minutes and are live on all relevant portals immediately thanks to the interfaces. The automated workflows also noticeably ease daily work because information is automatically forwarded and the correct data reaches the responsible employee without manual effort.

I also find the individual customizability particularly valuable. It is possible to create missing fields yourself and store documents directly with the employees. At the same time, data management remains clear and compliant with data protection regulations despite the easy sharing of information, as the finely structured hierarchy and permission system clearly regulates who is allowed to see what.

And if support is needed, the support team responds quickly and solution-oriented. The fact that the software is continuously and unsolicitedly improved gives me the feeling of using a truly future-proof tool.

**What do you dislike about onboard HR Software?**

At the moment, I am not yet using the "Presences" module because it does not seem mature enough to me and can be further improved from my perspective. Also, the integrated AI has not yet realized its full potential.

There are no business problems regarding Onboard HR.

Onboard convinces us primarily with its clarity and ease of use. The software facilitates our daily HR processes, saves time, and is complemented by very good support and regular product updates.

Some functions are still missing, especially in document management (e.g., filing for training for all employees) and evaluations. At the same time, we want onboard to remain simple and clear despite further developments.

The enormous user-friendliness and clarity. onboard is the first page I open in the morning and the last one I close. Particularly impressive is that our 40 managers (like operations managers), who are not HR experts, can immediately find their way around the system and are relieved.

**What do you dislike about onboard HR Software?**

So far, there are no points of criticism. The system is continuously being developed, and even individual customer requests are listened to and evaluated by Customer Success Management.

**What problems is onboard HR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We manage our massive seasonal recruiting peaks with it. Job postings are online much faster (great AMS interface!) and in a uniform corporate design. Additionally, no talent is lost anymore, as applications no longer get 'lost' in private email inboxes, but are managed centrally and transparently for all involved.

The reliability and usability are outstanding. onboard is an incredibly intuitive tool that our entire team loves to use. I particularly appreciate the digital employee file: everything from contracts to salaries to the documentation of safety training and sensitive compliance documents is bundled in one central location. Additionally, the partnership is stable, respectful, and competent – the service never leaves you hanging.

**What do you dislike about onboard HR Software?**

There has never been any reason for complaint so far. The system simply always works 100%, which is extremely important in personnel organization.

**What problems is onboard HR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool has completely replaced our "old school" paper archive and saves us a massive amount of time. We have the security that no information is lost anymore. onboard is our central information hub for everything concerning the employee – we actually don't need any other tool anymore to efficiently manage our entire personnel organization.

The clarity is unbeatable. As a bakery with many departments and locations, we finally have everything in one place. Particularly innovative is the constant development of the system – whether it's about duty rosters or new features, onboard grows with our requirements. The collaboration with the service team also feels very cooperative and customer-friendly.

There is nothing negative to say. For us, it is a salvation to never have to work with Excel lists again – that would be sheer horror for us.

The most helpful for us at the moment is the recruiting management, because here we can not only quickly create job advertisements and efficiently post them everywhere simultaneously, but also have all the documents related to our applicants and the communication with them neatly organized here. No more creating and filling Excel spreadsheets, creating folders, and searching through emails. Thanks to the flexibility, we can categorize our applicants and thus be much faster in discussing and processing the applications.

We have not found anything at the moment that could be objected to.
