onboard convinces us across the board with its user-friendliness. Especially in daily gastronomy operations, we appreciate the combination of flexible applicant management and the intuitive shift planner. Shift plans are quickly created, released, and directly available on the employees' phones. The integrated messenger is also very useful in everyday life, as all communication (vacations, sick leave, arrangements) runs at a central location without email chaos. What do you dislike about onboard HR Software?

We are completely satisfied with the system. For the future, we would only wish for an admin-led group chat function in the messenger, so that important information for employees does not get lost in the flow of messages.
