**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I love how easy it integrates with Shopify. I love the setup and ease of the user interface. I was very impressed with the templates that were available "right out of the box." I love the reporting which shows me how much is made from each email. I have not used it yet, but I am excited to use the dynamic email feature.

I would like a little more control over what the email templates look .

They are solving the problem of allowing me to send emails to my clients with dynamic content, sale items, and useful information. I also use the wheel of fortune to provide discounts for my first time shoppers.

The best thing about Omnisend for me is the form creation and how they connect with the website, whether through popups or shortcodes. It’s very easy to create any template depending on what you need.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

The downside, I think, is that there are too many features and different panels. Still, once you learn them, everything is easy to use, but at the beginning it’s a bit hard to find what you need.

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

I’ve found Omnisend to be really easy to set up and use, even as a first-time user. The platform feels intuitive and is packed with features—even the free version offers plenty to work with. I especially like how simple it is to build out templates and forms; you don’t need to be super technical to create something professional.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

What I don’t love is the AI support. It tends to loop you around without giving you a real solution. I ran into a verification issue and, after going in circles, eventually just gave up. A human touch here would make a big difference.

Keeps my email on brand and saves me time with setup so I can get more mail sent out.

I have to say - Omnisend customer support is one of the best you'll be able to find. Fast, proactive, will help you find a solution in minutes. 
Love the new interface, reporting system, amazing price and quality balance.

I lack the ability to delay emails in automations until a specific date, but can work around with campaigns setup. 
Would love to have instant mobile version preview while editing.

One of the things I appreciate most about Omnisend is how much valuable analytics it offers. Those insights make it easier to understand customer behavior and make smarter, data-driven business decisions.

I find that there are too many pop-ups when logging into Omnisend, which can interrupt the workflow. Additionally, there have been a lot of platform updates and changes lately, making it a bit challenging to keep up with the new interface.

I appreciate the range of options Omnisend provides for generating leads and building a new email list.

The Facebook integration does not work ever. I have not had a chance to integrate Facebook no matter how many times I have tried. I have not found a way to automatically create automations that send emails automatically to keep our store at the top of mind for customers.

I am not aware of any problems that Omnisend is currently solving, but I do realize that they add new features all of the time.

It is a little expensive. The email builder is not as easy to use as the one in Yotpo. It would be nice to be able to drag items in the layout.

I got £75 back in sales as soon as my automations were set up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

After reading my 'what I don't likes', you might ask why I stayed with them. Well after my initial experience, I did shop around. Of all the email marketing companies out there, not one of them has it all, so you could say Omnisend has more positives weighed up with cost and willingness to agree to a discount to ease my frustrations. 

I did end up in tears yesterday when my payment went though without me entering my card details, but I am assured that today Thursday 17th August 2025, it will be adjusted as per, Kosta, the managers promise.

Update: Kosta has resolved the issues to my 100% satisfaction. Many thanks to all involved.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

I moved to Omnisend after a Partner migrated me there due to frustrations with customer service availability and abandoned cart automation faults on another platform. 

Omnisend have some massive faults, and they are as follows: 

1) Complicated pricing structure. I get that you gauge pricing by subscribers, but you have an unnecessary way of going about your pricing making it complicated for the user (who is not an expert remember). Whether you agree or disagree, I'm just telling you about *my* experience.  

2) When I first paid for a plan, it became apparent that the pricing was misleading. It states clearly it is $14 a month. It states that this is a 30% discount, but what it doesn't make it easy to understand is that it doesn't stay at $14, you should be clearer about what the price actually goes up to. So I asked for a refund, they refused at first but decided the now bear with a sore head customer would be best off with the refund, so thank you for that.

3) I was given a discount code - following this experience - to use (I wasn't told I couldn't use it in the traditional way ie entering it in as a coupon at the checkout), so when I clicked the upgrade button, it took a payment WITHOUT ME EVEN PUTTING MY CARD DETAILS IN (this is really bad and you should change this immediately), meaning there was no way for me to put my coupon in. 

Needless to say ..... (see what I like about Omnisend) ...

**What do you like best about Omnisend?**

It is easy to use and has a logical dashboard layout. I cannot say we've any major issues since starting to use it back in 2022.

**What do you dislike about Omnisend?**

I am not really sure at this point. Any past issues or requested features have been fixed or added.

**What problems is Omnisend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is one of our primary marketing channels. It allows us to have a consistent, high-impact means to reach our audience.
