
I like the way that Omnisend integrates with Shopify. I also like that I can import my own templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is atrocious. Every time I need to ask for help, the agent takes 3 to 5 minutes in between replies, often forgets what we're talking about, and usually doesn't solve the issue. The last time I needed help, it was 45 minutes in between replies. This is completely unacceptable.
The integration with Google Drive needs attention. Also, there should be an integration with Canvas for better image handling. I want to have modules that automatically update that are not part of the universal templates.
Additionally, I'd like to integrate Omnisend with Claude to create more options and emails faster. The onboarding was not easy; the team didn't move all our flows properly, and I had to rebuild certain flows like the abandoned browse and cart because the dynamic content wasnt available the way they set it up and couldn't be actively dropped in.
