&lt;p&gt;For a team this small, I’d measure the cleanup time rather than dictation speed alone. If people save five minutes speaking but spend those five minutes correcting names, technical terms, or punctuation, the efficiency gain disappears. A week-long test using each person’s actual writing would probably reveal more than an accuracy percentage.&lt;/p&gt;
