**What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?**

The Omni Intelligence has great features like Single-click Mapping and Live Dashboards which are easy to use and make us able to organized our calls in a meaningful manner. The IVR feature is cruical for every contact center and the best part is we can make our own transcription in it which makes even a robotic voice feel like a natural interaction with customers.

**What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?**

I personally didn't like it Authentication report and no interpretation with API which somehow limits its potential but I think as Contact Center is evolving so this software will get regular updates as per market requirements.

**What problems is Omni Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We launched a product in the market but to get real feedbacks of the customer we needed an analytical report on it. As our Targeted customers spread across the country we needed a platform or the customer care center which can assist them if they want any help. But with Omni Intelligence we made our own Transcription which helped us to create our own FAQ which reduces the need of man power effectively so no need to give contract to third party companies and we saved ourtime and money and invested it somewhere else and grew our business.

**What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?**

Omni Intelligence software provides a user experience with its security features. The absence of an API and manual IVR mapping is a disadvantage. Their support team assures that an API will soon be available.

**What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?**

It is difficult to navigate through the dashboard for employee engagement and performance charts, which affects the ability to analyze data.

**What problems is Omni Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omni Intelligences management platform solves the problems of data analysis and reporting, resulting in increased productivity.

The best part of the software is its simplicity and ability to perform complex task at ease

**What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?**

The omni verification solution from omni intelligence is working surprisingly well for us. We're a small contact center and always thought that voice verification would be an expensive high-end function taht we didn't really need. We were able to enable omni intelligence voice verification ourselves and our customers really like it. We also see an improvement in the number of calls we can take each month. Very happy.

**What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?**

The authentication detail and enrollment summary reports are very useful. But we would like to be able to report on each queue separately. Also more reporting options on multiple unsuccessful authentication attempts would be useful

**What problems is Omni Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great tool to improve customer experience and reduce handling times. Also works well for smaller businesses.

**What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?**

We developed IVR integrations for our customers and needed an automated tool for each feature release to ensure nothing is broken. We ended up integrating IVR mapping and then scheduled test cases with our continuous integration process.

**What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?**

There is no API, and we have to map the IVR manually. Their support is promising the API will be available soon, but until such time this is what is missing.

**What problems is Omni Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a lot of time and money to ensure the IVR call flows are working well after each change request

**What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?**

We could simulate customers and agents on prem which is a requirement for us as our staging is not connected to the PSTN. Support team have helped us a great deal.

**What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?**

The system still requires access to the intenet. Fully on-prem options would be very helpful.

Cloud-based, on-premises and hybrid testing options

**What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?**

We had limited deadlines to complete the IVR testing over the weekend and were already outside of our budget with Cyara. Our team lead found Omni Intelligence, and we created an account with them within a minute. They have transparent and affordable pricing with a fully automated service - so we just created an account and were able to move on with the project. It's really nice to finally have an IVR testing solution that can help close projects on time and on budget.

**What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?**

We did get emails with the links to documentation, but it would be nice to have context help from the scenario editor itself.

**What problems is Omni Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was pre-release testing, and it had to be finished on the weekend so it could go live on Mon. We wouldn't be able to do that without Omni Intelligence.

Powerful tools that are easy to use. Technical and non-technical groups across the organization can use the tools. Omni Intelligence team is incredibly supportive and always listens to customer concerns or recommendations and acts on them.

**What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?**

At the moment I have nothing to say that I do not like, when I need support they were always helpful

**What problems is Omni Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't face any problems but my clients improved their contact center productivity

Our customers use multiple languages and Omni Authentications works really well for us.

**What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?**

Maybe pre-enrollment of customer voices could be a bit quicker

Better customer satisfaction for sure.

**What problems is Omni Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better customer satisfaction for sure. Were able to fully automate some of our self-service applications that require authentication. The voice feature has helped us to drop the number of manual interactions with agents by almost 100%
