
The Omni Intelligence has great features like Single-click Mapping and Live Dashboards which are easy to use and make us able to organized our calls in a meaningful manner. The IVR feature is cruical for every contact center and the best part is we can make our own transcription in it which makes even a robotic voice feel like a natural interaction with customers. I personally didn't like it Authentication report and no interpretation with API which somehow limits its potential but I think as Contact Center is evolving so this software will get regular updates as per market requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
