"Omni Intelligence A Good Tool For Small Contact Center Business"
What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?

The Omni Intelligence has great features like Single-click Mapping and Live Dashboards which are easy to use and make us able to organized our calls in a meaningful manner. The IVR feature is cruical for every contact center and the best part is we can make our own transcription in it which makes even a robotic voice feel like a natural interaction with customers. What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?

I personally didn't like it Authentication report and no interpretation with API which somehow limits its potential but I think as Contact Center is evolving so this software will get regular updates as per market requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?

The omni verification solution from omni intelligence is working surprisingly well for us. We're a small contact center and always thought that voice verification would be an expensive high-end function taht we didn't really need. We were able to enable omni intelligence voice verification ourselves and our customers really like it. We also see an improvement in the number of calls we can take each month. Very happy. What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?

The authentication detail and enrollment summary reports are very useful. But we would like to be able to report on each queue separately. Also more reporting options on multiple unsuccessful authentication attempts would be useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?

We developed IVR integrations for our customers and needed an automated tool for each feature release to ensure nothing is broken. We ended up integrating IVR mapping and then scheduled test cases with our continuous integration process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omni Intelligence?

There is no API, and we have to map the IVR manually. Their support is promising the API will be available soon, but until such time this is what is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?

We could simulate customers and agents on prem which is a requirement for us as our staging is not connected to the PSTN. Support team have helped us a great deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omni Intelligence?

We had limited deadlines to complete the IVR testing over the weekend and were already outside of our budget with Cyara. Our team lead found Omni Intelligence, and we created an account with them within a minute. They have transparent and affordable pricing with a fully automated service - so we just created an account and were able to move on with the project.
