      What do you like best?

      Office chat is easy to install, no server to install and its cloud based, Its easy to connect as it has auto login feature so no need to log in each time you open the chat app, This is very easy to manage, you can look at the chat history and is secure. It has features like instant notifications, adding people across the globe with or without email ids, Group chat is one added feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

      What do you dislike?

      Need to have scree recording facility which will help the presenter to record the session and share it with evry one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

      Earlier version was server based and if the server is shut down or restated then the chat is disabled for everyone, now that this is on the clould not need to worry about the app being down, connectivity with diversed group and being connected with all.
