Ease of incorporating different tools: from invoicing, sending quotes, sending documentation...

The divergence between different versions of Odoo that are used in my company

The possibility of signing documents on the spot ensures that there are no delays in our process.

**What do you like best about Odoo Sign?**

It works smoothly with other Odoo apps, which means it can be easily combined with other tools for managing different aspects of a business. This integration makes it easy to transfer information between different parts of the system, making work more efficient and improving overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Sign?**

There should be more freedom to personalize the appearance of Odoo Sign. Mobile view experience  is not the best could be further optimized. It provides basic features for adding signature fields and text.

**What problems is Odoo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo Sign gets rid of the need for paper documents and manual paperwork. Instead, it allows you to sign documents digitally, saving time and reducing the delays in getting signatures. This makes the signing process faster and more efficient, as you can handle everything electronically without the hassle of handling physical documents.

**What do you like best about Odoo Sign?**

Here we can easily upload specific template with dynamic placeholder values where responsible user will set the related information over it. Also the head who sent the document to all it's relevant user can track the details as well. Once all the sent user filled all the information than sender get notification as well. This is as per me the best thing to keep in track.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Sign?**

Here mostly this feature is independent from the all rest.  So sometimes basically we want to integrate this feature manually using some technical code  as by default at some modules, it is not allowing default integration.

**Recommendations to others considering Odoo Sign:**

You can use this software if you organisation has some business flow regarding agreement. But sometimes if you want to attach the same things with any external tool or odoo's some default module itself than that would be some how tricky one.

**What problems is Odoo Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this we solved issue of person to person emailing and sending docs to in-hand for signing document. Here we directly online sent the relevant contract agreement paper online with needed information and take the sign digitally.
