Before we started using Odoo Help Desk, there was a lot of exchanges between different departments only by email. If someone was OoO or left the company, a lot of information was lost. I like the price :) You can use it for free forever! But... you need to pay if you want a website where your customers can write their inquiries, so the only way customers can create a ticket is by contacting you or sending an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I miss more customization facilities. The satisfaction survey is very poor, and the platform has numerous bugs. Bad point: Odoo customer care can only be contacted by a form. A customer care chat is also available but it isn't easy to find an agent there. Also, the design is very old-fashioned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
