**What do you like best about Odoo Help Desk?**

The onboarding process was straightforward and I could set up my account within minutes. The UI is also neat and clean.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Help Desk?**

The customization possibilities are minimal. Only basic requirements can be met via Odoo Helpdesk.It's more or less MS Excel with a better UI.

**What problems is Odoo Help Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo gives me a better interface than excel and it also gives me some basic analytics to look at about my tickets. All my tickets are recorded and timestamped is a good benefit for an NPO like ours.

what i like is odoo is how easy to use and how easily it integrates with tools and the best thing is ticketing system is so simple.

I'm not a fan of the limited customization options and inconsistent customer support. It can also be a bit clunky for larger teams and complex support needs.

**What do you like best about Odoo Help Desk?**

Before we started using Odoo Help Desk, there was a lot of exchanges between different departments only by email.  If someone was OoO or left the company, a lot of information was lost.  With the helpdesk, all information that may have been previously lost is now stored in a location accessible to all relevant parties.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Help Desk?**

The search function could be improved.  Also, if you are a follower or a ticket but not tagged specifically in a response, you will not receive an update.

**What problems is Odoo Help Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Odoo Help desk is providing a streamlined and organized process for a number of internal processes that were previously only tracked by email communication.

It is a very useful system, with a very simple interface, which helps to keep a very good control of the incidents that occur every day, it also allows to count hours invested in resolving them.

A more complete report is needed to evaluate the team's performance, the SLA assignment should be easier

Allows for more precise control of daily incidents, assigning certain tasks to users and interaction with applicants is easier

This CRM tool can be complex if there's so much configuration which is not aligned to the company goals.

**What do you like best about Odoo Help Desk?**

I like the price :) You can use it for free forever! But... you need to pay if you want a website where your customers can write their inquiries, so the only way customers can create a ticket is by contacting you or sending an email.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Help Desk?**

I miss more customization facilities. The satisfaction survey is very poor, and the platform has numerous bugs. Bad point: Odoo customer care can only be contacted by a form. A customer care chat is also available but it isn't easy to find an agent there. Also, the design is very old-fashioned.

**What problems is Odoo Help Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the inflation, we needed to reduce costs, and Odoo was the right option. Also, using this platform, we can classify and attend the inquiries better.

**What do you like best about Odoo Help Desk?**

Odoo helpdesk is easy to use and customizable in terms of ticket grouping, team group assigning and SLA for the ticket. The integration with other odoo module like sales, contact, and repair is a good feature.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Help Desk?**

Reporting part and GUI layout are not so great. Getting the reporting of the ticket log for any particular customer or any agent is not so easy to get.  The GUI is also very simple and closing and changing the ticket status by dragging the ticket and viewing the ticket is also not so great.

**What problems is Odoo Help Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Odoo helpdesk now every customer problem is getting logged and also helpful for the future. Agent work performance and customer trust is also gained with quick and professional response.
