I can send a quotation. The discuss app chatter allows my coworkers and me to stay updated on order status and customer communications. **What do you dislike about Odoo Discuss?** If you manage your email through a provider such as Google or Office 365, Odoo requires a separate catchall account for outgoing email and bounced email. There is no facility for assigning an email alias to the same account and having Odoo separate the emails accordingly. I have had too much trouble with customer's email providers such as AOL, centurylink, embarqmail, windstream, etc. blocking email from small companies, regardless of blacklisting or other metrics. So I didn't attempt to manage all of our emails through Odoo, though that is an option. **Recommendations to others considering Odoo Discuss:** If you need support configuring Discuss, I highly recommend having a success pack with Odoo. Working with your SPoC (Single Point of Contact) will speed up the configuration greatly. For some reason, the incoming server settings are not found with the outgoing server settings. It has easy functionality and the product is open source, so it is very easy to add new functionality. The security portion of this software is great as well. We found the support is very good as well. Quite responsive and informative. The design was also very well thought out.
