The search feature isn’t very strong, so tracking down older messages or specific files from past conversations can be frustrating. It also lacks threading within channels, which makes it difficult to follow individual topics once group chats get busy. The mobile app experience could be smoother as well, since notifications are sometimes delayed. I work as a Customer and Product Support specialist and Odoo is a great tool to provide support, I like how everything is organized. They have sections for contacts, other for assigned tasks, other for clients budgets, so I really like to work in this platform and work organizely, efficiently and effectively. Odoo helps us to organize every single step needed to make sure the new clients gets everything active, authorized, and working properly.
