**What do you like best about NVOICE?**

NVoice is making it easier to pay your monthy vendors, and offers three different ways to them!

**What do you dislike about NVOICE?**

If you need an issued payment stopped and refunded, you have to call customer support, as there is not a way to stop the payment yourself and have the refund process started.

**What problems is NVOICE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NVoice is providing a more electronic friendly way to pay vendors, and costs less per month than when ordering a pack of checks for in house transactions.

It makes receiving payments from overseas customers much easier

**What do you dislike about NVOICE?**

It's pretty expensive if you have a lot of small customers

**Recommendations to others considering NVOICE:**

Look at the cost per transaction. Is it worth the cost to have less AR?

**What problems is NVOICE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using it to collect payments from international customers. AR has decreased as a result.
