"Easy 15-Minute Setup, but Some Customers Missed Forms and Reports Were Off"
What do you like best about nps.today?

It’s was easy to set up and launch. Initial setup took less than 15 minutes and we were ready to launch first campaign for feedback collection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about nps.today?

Upon follow-up with customer, we came to know that few customers did not get feedback form and their where multiples cases where reports were incorrect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
