**What do you like best about nps.today?**

It’s was easy to set up and launch. Initial setup took less than 15 minutes and we were ready to launch first campaign for feedback collection

**What do you dislike about nps.today?**

Upon follow-up with customer, we came to know that few customers did not get feedback form and their where multiples cases where reports were incorrect

**What problems is nps.today solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting to know what our customers thinks about our product and features from to time is crucial and helps us in correcting the velocity of feature release and bug fixes
