What do you like best about nps.today?

Easy to use and reliable—both the software and the company behind it. The staff is very helpful, and it integrates with pretty much everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about nps.today?

I think they should offer a “free-to-use” subscription for very small companies that only need to send out a limited number of surveys—for example, around 10 per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
