It is far more intuitive than Slack, even letting you look for tags with command+k! My favorite feature in Nozbe has to be the tags and setting deadlines for tasks to help organize my workflow! **What do you dislike about Nozbe?** I dislike that there is no dark mode for the UI to be easier on my eyes. For that purpose, there may be some better solutions. **What problems is Nozbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nozbe is a perfect tool for freelancers and consultants. I'm sure that I couldn't manage so many IT consultancy projects, publications, and training without Nozbe. Whenever I start a new project, I create it in Nozbe, split it into tasks, and assign it to some days. That's it! Nozbe, do the rest. Nozbe also responds to the problem which every team or project has. Especially for projects which scale from one-man activities to the full-blown team. In this scenario, the tasks are usually kept in emails, chats history, or as a meeting note (if there is any). Nozbe unifies communication. It reduces the time needed for meetings or chats. ### 4. It facilitates GTD-based task management, delegation of tasks and task-based communications beautifully. You can create tasks from emails, convert tasks into projects, share comments, checklists, documents and other information through comments to tasks and do so many other things. It integrates with your calendars and its own calendar view is a fantastic tool for your weekly review. And, you will see the same interface on your iPhone, Android-based device, Windows-based PC and Mac. The ownership is responsive, available -- and has balls. Support is also wonderful. **What do you dislike about Nozbe?** The price of Nozbe is absolutely reasonable, but some folks may be put off simply by the fact that it charges anything. I have never understood why folks think that a program that is given away or one-payment based is a program that will last. It will not. Nozbe has a huge base of subscribers, but it is not as big as Todoist or Omnifocus. Yet, it has developed and improved on a continuous basis for more than a decade precisely because it is built on a sustainable model financially. As a user, that is what I want. I understand, however, that some may still only be interested in free programs. You sell yourself short doing that, but, if that is your key criteria, then the free edition of Nozbe is probably too limited for you. **What problems is Nozbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nozbe helps me keep going. I have a very busy law practice primarily focused on trial work, all of which often involves other attorneys and staff. I also wish that tasks could be assigned to Multiple Team members. For example. Vacuum the waiting room could be assigned to both of my admin team members and then the first one to do it can check it off of BOTH of their lists. I find the concept of four quadrants brilliant - these are the four task lists that are my management center. Priority (I add here tasks that I need to focus on now), Incoming (I see here tasks for today, reminders, tasks assigned to me etc.), Activity (new activity in the projects&tasks I am following) and Single Tasks. For teamwork, these 4 views are really the game changer. There are also many smart functions, that I use with my team every day: multiple reminders, @group mentions or forwarding emails to Nozbe and adding them as a task. **What do you dislike about Nozbe?** In the beginning, I missed sub-tasks, but project sections also do the job. **What problems is Nozbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We changed our internal communication from chaotic emails to Nozbe. No more problems with finding information - before we had sticky notes, emails, whatsapp, some files in the cloud... and so on. Now everyone is on the same page and we can easily track the progress - we open a project and see everything - who's responsible for what, dates, tags and so on. When something is done, we just complete the task and then every team member sees it in their Activity view. ### 11. The interface is simple and clean. I like the multiple workspaces - I use one to work on my photography business and the second one for my family stuff; it's good I can easily separate them. The consistent look on any device. Tasks automatically going into starred list when deadline is achieved. I like how you can apply tags and dates from keyboard by beginning with a # symbol. **What do you dislike about Nozbe?** Occasionally there were some synchronization delays. Task cannot be send to be dependent on each other or as requirement. Pricing for personal use. Templates are messy - we copied one into an empty project and than swapped important tasks into target project. Otherwise it fill a project with unwanted task (our template was quite large). Multiple templates could be better, but would require to be updated and consistent. **Recommendations to others considering Nozbe:** Nozbe is about GTD (get things done) so you should familiarize yourself with GTD. You need to invest into it and this should result in time saving Nozbe is great to manage small teams. Too many tasks can clutter it down so I don't know if it is a tool for a manger, perhaps for team leader. **What problems is Nozbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** I tend to forget to do some planned task and Nozbe reminded me of many. At one coordination project I was issued multiple tasks through Nozbe, nothing was missed and it took little time to issue and mark down as completed. We were writing down tasks at one-to-one metting with our boss. They were quick tasks that are now put into nozbe (sometimes by him) to save time and not to loose anyting. ### 20. Its deployment on different platforms fascinates me, having the application on my mobile device within my reach and so organize each task and have a rigorous follow-up of how each member of the team is doing. **What do you dislike about Nozbe?** It is unfortunate that there is no free version with a long stay, however, this does not limit that you can try a short project in your free trial. But this coverage is one month, it would be great to have the integration of diagrams and leveling to generate some pretty dynamic reports. **Recommendations to others considering Nozbe:** You can expect a lot of this tool for its easy and effective operation to manage your applications, to have everything in one, since its integration is great with Dropbox, Google Calendar and among others that will make you get much out of it. **What problems is Nozbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has benefited me to have it on each platform and so have it on my device, synchronize what I'm doing when I'm out of the office and reach the company and have everything in the cloud reserved for any follow-up. Speaking of adding times, they should just let you type in a time instead of picking an hour and then the minutes in only 5 minute increments. The goal of this app was to make software that helps to get as much as possible from Davids Allen method and it nailed it. Very user friendly interface, simple and easy to use. Support is very good, they answer very quickly and solved all problems that I've ever had. Right now paper calendar and this app is all I need to organize my work, schedule days and stay productive. **What do you dislike about Nozbe?** So far worst thing to me is that Nozbe doesn't support Windows Phone (which is actually common but as a user of old Nokia it still bothers me). I experienced problems with synchornisation bettween platforms few times. It has some integrations with other software (Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote) but it still lacks some like One Note. **Recommendations to others considering Nozbe:** Use trial and see if it works for you. I used it for 30 days (and after this time you can still use Nozbe but with limited projects) and I found that is so useful and helpful that I just wanted it back on my computer. **What problems is Nozbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me organize my time and all daily tasks. As a freelancer I have lot of clients and sometimes it gets tough to schedule everything in right order to nail all daily goals and Nozbe is a great support in that. ### 32. I loved that there were both the mobile app and the desktop version available. My colleagues and I were able to use the app for both personal and professional use to increase productivity and to add further accountability. The integrations available were excellent and the interface of the product was perfect and clean. I did not have much experience with customer service but I am sure that they are great. **What do you dislike about Nozbe?** There is not much that I can that I did no enjoy with this app. This was a great task management system with a great interface which is always a plus. I would love to see more integrations. I would also love for there to be a free version that could include adding team members like other apps such as Slack or Asana. **Recommendations to others considering Nozbe:** I would recommend that Nozbe create more ways for support as well as a better tutorial process as such a great and intentional system can be overwhelming to learn to navigate. There are may features that go unused because of lack of knowledge on how to use these features or sometimes that they even exists. **What problems is Nozbe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Productivity was a huge issue. This app helped with that as well as the forgetfulness that often occurs with project managers of the smaller task that are not of high importance. Having the to-do list handy on the app or on my desk top was a huge help. ### 33. I love that it has true GTD functionality. **What do you dislike about Nozbe?** The one thing I miss from an app we used to use is the ability to assign tasks to another person. This was hugely important. With Nozbe you have to create a shared project in order to do this, and this creates project creep/projects with no no context other than to share tasks with one person. I also wish it had task dependencies/GANT charts. **Recommendations to others considering Nozbe:** Looking for something that's intuitive and pretty, look no further. Are you using this to assign tasks to others?
