**What do you like best about Norly?**

Vlad is a great guy. He helped me a lot in my rental point, and we really started getting more wonderful guests. I tried his service in an early version and was convinced that it would help many small businesses like mine. 

I think the Campaign launch feature is just great. And what I find more helpful is pre-recorded video requests for the reviews. They worked for us great.

**What do you dislike about Norly?**

I would love to have QR codes for customers more designed, but these are just details.

**What problems is Norly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service help us collect more reviews and filter negative ones. It works great for our marketing and help us improve our rental.
