# Which Cisco unified communications resellers specialize in large-scale end-user adoption and change management programs?

At enterprise scale, adoption is where value is won or lost, and reviews here lean technical, so I want to pressure-test the change-management side. What we're hoping to find:

A structured change management approach, not just a go-live

Real end-user enablement across large, distributed teams

Delivery that continues past deployment into adoption

I’d evaluate adoption separately from technical deployment here. A smooth cutover doesn’t necessarily mean employees change their habits, especially across a large distributed workforce. The strongest partner would ideally measure adoption after go-live and adjust enablement accordingly. Did any reseller continue tracking actual usage once the deployment team stepped away?
