**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asif M. | Team Lead (intelligence automation), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex provides the platform for drag and drop for the form creation and helps us to easily customize with the design and view of form and also add custom javascript animations and actions to forms and create a required workflow according to the need of the client and works with step by step procedure. Nintex was supportive To latest Robotic process automation UiPath Tool to be integrated and used Nintex Form and Workflow in Uipath flowchart with actively executing with the process of UiPath Execution.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

As of now, there is no disadvantage of Nintex forms and workflow design platform but as everything needs to be updated Nintex needs more and more update to be integrated with other platform and work efficiently with the integration of other platforms. And also Nintex needs an update with the feature to be available in upcoming Technologies to be integrated easily and used without any difficulties and avoid the upcoming challenges that away hump that creates Nintex to be considered.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Learn complete program and use it as it becomes easy to implement and becomes interesting to develop using Nintex.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently working on designing of Forms and workflows as per the requirement of the client and need.i have integrated Nintex with UiPath a robotic process automation Tool through which RPA is using Nintex forms to fill in Data from excel and submit and starts the Workflow for the further process.

  ### 6. Nintex is great for Forms and workflow

I am currently using Nintex, I created a form and added workflow into this and I love the interface and the structure. It connects very well with SharePoint and works great.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The help is very less. you have to schedule a demo if you want to learn anything.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

customer service is very bad at Nintex. There is no one to help if we have some issues or problems even though we have premium support.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a form based on user demand for change.

  ### 7. The leader platform for BPM process execution and with outstanding support team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarika p. | Project Specialist, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Platform help to automate back end and front end business processes to automate, this helping the through put increase. As these low level process needs much manual intervention which is not went away. Overall the time and cost required to complete the business process went down. we are happy to be user of the this platform

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The number of processes as and when got executing simultaneously the performance of the platform goes down. The structured pricing policy can also help to add more clients on the table. Documentation is another area to improve.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Its a worth, The trial version can be used to test out the benefits we are getting out of it The business processes got automated using this platform and really save your cost and time. The response time got faster using this platform

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps to save the time required to complete the business process. The manual intervention got minimized and that helped us to execute the process with faster response time. Because of less manual intervention the processes are getting completed error free.

  ### 8. Foxtrot RPA review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chas B. | Applications Manager II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Its a great tool to help complete repetative processes in a much faster timeframe than a normal employee.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

When creating steps for a script, there are rules in place automatically that refer to a URL. These tend to cause lots of issues when dealing with web based applications that have ever changing items within the URL. Or we also experienced a full URL change for a vendor which made all of my scripts in need of maintenance which is time consuming since all steps have to be individually updated.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the time issue with processing the large volume of data entry requests that are received allowing employees to focus more on tasks that require more critical thinking.

  ### 9. Easy to use and love everything in one place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Great efficiencies and easy to use. Love the fact that all documents and links live in one place with the process so staff only need to go to their processes and they have everything they need to carry out their job.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Some configuration is not available / invented that would be useful and there is an inability to make quick easy changes back end to allow better uptake of the product in some areas.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Great product for documenting business processes. Not the right product if you want to document IT hardware / data flow or anything that reiterates or moves in a circular flow.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency, Standardisation, Efficiencies, Identification of key improvement areas, knowledge protection, easy induction.

  ### 10. Needed to learn quickly and integrate through Salesforce Community Portal.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I am able to find documentation fairly easily through the customer portal. When I'm not able to find a solution to my issue, Nintex support (understanding my predicament) spent a decent amount of time either on a screen share or taking the issue offline and come back with a solution.
The support team has always been gracious and patient when assisting me.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The learning curve can be a bit difficult when you are first working with Nintex.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had to come up with a customized solution using DocGen with Salesforce in order to have automated receipts sent out after an online purchase through the SF Community. In addition, our internal users have Statement/Invoice and Receipt templates that are customized for each department.
We have developed a rather sophisticated solution using Nintex with Salesforce to work with our highly customized environment.
Our Alliances (sales) department relies heavily on Nintex working to generate Contracts in every part of the life-cycle, and then automatically attaching copies of all versions (with and without signatures) back to the Opportunity associated to the Contacts.

  ### 11. User friendly and intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley C. | Business Process Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Being user friendly, it allowed us to easily train and empower employees to self document their processes. Traditionally, processes are documented in BPMN 2.0 which is great but that tends to be only understood by process trained people or business analysts.
This system and their way of creating and displaying processes is intuitive which allows employees of all levels to be easily trained.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Not so much dislike but more of an area of improvement, which is their API functionalities. This, I believe is in their pipeline to get it developed so it may be ready at the time of you reading this review.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

It's a great product to document processes and have a repository of processes however do note it does not use BPMN 2.0 as the process language. For process orientated users, you may have to break away from the "BPMN 2.0" mindset and be a bit more open.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowed most our employees to be able to document their own processes. This is due to the user friendliness of the system and how intuitive it is.
This has enabled our employees to have a more process orientated mindset, which has enriched team meetings and discussions as they can all discuss processes in a deep and meaningful way.

  ### 12. The process management tool that fits every size of business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Promapp allows the process owners to define and document their processes in an easy and meaningful way, then automatically creates the graphical representation for them. The addition of the automated workflow creation is just the icing on the cake.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The only downside, is not really a downside, is that there are so many features of Promapp that it's hard to be able to utilize them all.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Promapp for software documentation with our clients as well as process management internally. Although we could have built a solution in SharePoint that would suffice, it would probably only be able to provide about half of the features and value that Promapp does.

  ### 13. Foundation for process success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Promapp is our tool for process success. It means we can focus on the process improvement, sustaining process change and realise the benefit whilst business can understand process flow, requirements and activity anywhere at anytime.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

We have evolved our configuration to suit our business over time making it easier for staff to utilise the tool with ease. the only disruptive component is the need to remove all dependencies prior to archiving/deleting

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Always consider your reason to define process. Consider your approach to all levels of the business.
Be agile and adjust your approach to drive Promapp periodically.
Set up Champions across the business to support process developers
Challenge every hurdle as a springboard to success.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently facilitating a large system change utilising Promapp as the source of information for current process and development of the future.

  ### 14. Instant and efficient information management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alberto U. | Project Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

One of the most important points using this tool is that it handles a multitude of data at the moment, everything becomes almost automatic.
Synergies between the computer and the worker are increased.
Good judgment regarding an easy-to-use user panel and lying on the desk.
Satisfaction of the staff working in the back office

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The configuration demands enough resources which causes that equipment with a good performance is necessary.
You need constant updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Very good RPA, defines objectives and avoids the loss of time. Mainly focused for companies that constantly seek to improve their strategies.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The experience in general terms is very positive. It makes selecting the right processes or tasks much easier and easier to perform. It encourages the participation of the work team and subsequent analysis of possible improvements.

  ### 15. It's not always easy, but it always works!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie A. | Solution Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex Document Generation is a workhorse! It can do SO MUCH -- SOQL queries? Not a problem. Email attachments? Sure! Pick a specific document based on the content of your records? Absolutely! I love the flexibility of outcomes too -- if you want a field value to be updated from "New" to "Submitted" (for example), after generating the DocGen package, that's easy to put in place. If you want an email to go out automatically, or if you prefer to allow a user to preview it first -- not a problem, take your pick.

It feels like Nintex has thought of everything. Well... almost (see dislike section below).

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Error handling is terrrrrible. They just give you a long string of numbers and you have to open a case in order to know what it means. Blech.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Take advantage of any and all training you can get from the folks at Nintex.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a service provider for pharma companies, and they often need to send documents to patients, to physicians, or to regulators. A typical docgen package includes a combination of mail merge documents, attachments, and an email template with mail merge field. An agent can accomplish in two or three clicks what would otherwise take 20 minutes or more (collate the documents; run a mail merge; save to hard drive; create email; attach mail merge and documents...you get the idea.)

  ### 16. Promapp in Brazil

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gilberto T. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The product is very good on BPM and I think it fits very well on the needs it is intended to fill.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The main problem tha we face in Brazil is that the user interface is entirely in English. Considering that, in oposite of other Nintex products as Nintex Workflow Cloud that the final user interface are forms designed by the designer where you are able to use labels in any language, Promapp has its front end in English and the user should use it as it is.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it to map processes and show to our customers.

  ### 17. Almost everything a developer needs to complete solution and processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sami A. | K2 Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Easy implementation of Business processes. Fast development with low code/No code framework.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sime customization is hard to implement.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Please go ahead and use it, it's a fast development suit with easy implementation and deployment.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business processes task. Easy approvals processes.

  ### 18. Tremendous improvement to our process .

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

In theory it is straight forward on how you have to build the workflow out.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Adding the logs and pulling from them later was a little tricky and took a little time to understand.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We took a 100% manual process and automated about 80% of it and are now saving ~70 man hours a week.

  ### 19. It’s a decent product, but VERY expensive. It’s not worth the cost.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like the ease of creating complex workflows.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The price tags is huge and the support sucks.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Watch out for the price and you better know how to use it because support and documentation are garbage.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with complex approval workflows. It makes life easier for IT and workflow consumers.

  ### 20. The ideal software to improve all the processes of my company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John E. G. | System Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I love this system for its simplicity because it allows people to follow the process of their management at a high level. I also like the function of procedures, since it allows me to see the whole procedure that is carried out in the company in a detailed way. I also like this system because it allows me to simplify all the complex administrative processes.

This system has an intuitive method of work that facilitates the handling without having the need to be a computer expert and thanks to Promapp allows me to control and evaluate all management processes of my business. Becoming with it in my best tool and therefore in the key of success and growth of the company.

This system has a powerful team of very professional attention and always ready to address possible system errors that arise, even in case of human error, they have also been able to repair the situation. This software undoubtedly offers much to each user as well as to the business process of the business seeking to improve it in all its areas.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

At the moment there is not much to say about the things that I do not like. Rather, I have noticed that the more I use it, the better I understand how this system adapts and refines each of the processes of my business

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

This system is very useful for any type and size that a company has, since it allows you to map each of the processes you perform in your business, in order to establish important improvements.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to standardize many processes that are carried out in the company, thereby seeking to easily train each member of the work team. To be able to use Promapp has been very useful since it is able to show us a problem or an error, in order to be able to update the processes together with the necessary documentation, and with it to be able to train the team and all the involved ones so that there are no errors in a future.

  ### 21. One of the best process automation platforms that works fabulous with SharePoint & Office 365

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit S. | Solution architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Amazing customer service when you use any Nintex products. Amazing community forums available for any issues too. Any sort of automation that you need - Workflows, Forms, Document Generation, Signatures - Nintex has it all

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

While migrating or building workflows for the cloud (Office 365), some of their actions are yet not available and are part of roadmap.. But the good part is Nintex makes it very clear when and what is coming next.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Amazing business process automation platform.. for building out custom workflows and forms.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of business processes for various customers and in house. Converting multiple manual paper based processes or siloed processes and combining with the power of Nintex platform.

  ### 22. Intutive, easy to use process mapping

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Its very simple to get going, and easy to move items around once you have typed them in. I've used it to think about the business processes I'm involved in

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Its not great for complex processes ( although obviously these can be split into sub processes) . The process I hoped to use it for is iterative and its not suited to that. It doesn't seem to work very well for decision points which I would have thought was a fairly basic feature.
It would be very expensive for a small organisation, which would be a barrier to entry.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've mapped out my depreciation process and it was quick and relatively easy. this enabled me to analyse the outputs more meaningfully.

  ### 23. Complete Vision in Process Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Complete Vision and ability to execute - from business process management to workflow automation to robotics process automation

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Pricing has increased significantly over time for long time customers

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation / digitization of previously paper based forms has increased transparency

  ### 24. Love Nintex Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Simple no code approach, makes it easy for anyone to be able to use right away.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Would like more training opportunities that we could attend with hands on instructions.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating workflows for my whole system in SharePoint

  ### 25. Wonderful tool- way too expensive for our needs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob R. | Studio Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The utility for writing/mapping procedures

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Cost is too high for an organization our size

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

There is no point if you cannot actually implement, meaning you absolutely need solid backing from leadership. There will be no ROI without full implementation and that means the ability to get or force a great deal of cooperation and buy in.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great place to consolidate, keep and update procedures. We greatly appreciate the standardization of the formatting of our many procedures

  ### 26. helps automate manual document creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Outsourcing/Offshoring | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The best part of this solution is the fact that it auto populates contract information and is well integrated with salesforce and hence makes it easier to follow with prospects/customers rather than spend time in manual document creation.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There is actually nothing that I dislike about the solution - the one recommendation is to make the error handling process more intuitive - at the moment it is a very clumsy process to look for the error and correcting it.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

do a trial run of the use case and make sure that the solution works for the use case

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is the automation process for document generation with salesforce and hence enables productivity

  ### 27. Eversource

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

ease of use and setup is the best part of the product

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

it is very expensive as a uitlity it is very had to justify monthly cost

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

easy to ue

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

cloud attached had issues

  ### 28. Version control is much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Their Foxtrot Success Team is very responsive and willing to help with how to questions or if you run into a roadblock.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Would like to see better native support for targeting Microsoft Outlook and the ability to trigger a workflow remotely.
