"Nintex handled our automation."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

I like Nintex because it's easy to use and has a logical flow; the structure of the form helps to ensure that the necessary data is entered accurately and confirms that the correct choice has been made. Through automation, it makes it possible to bridge communication gaps. Eliminate the need for manual data entry and processing. The staff prefer it more because the workflow is very dynamic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

As workflows expand, it becomes increasingly difficult to continually debug during a loop. Document production can be costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use workflow automation tool, compatibility with SharePoint. Flexibility in development.Easy to monitor. Customer support and community support are unmatchable. NWC is growing very well, I believe it will be better than the O365 workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

Slowness in the o365 workflow processing and some missing features compared to on-prem workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Everything can be automated with Nintex"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

Do you want to create a form and workflow within moments? The product accomplishes its intended effect with minimal effort. Learning the essentials is simple. During your first session, you should be able to create and distribute simple forms (for things like vacation requests and cost reports). Should you include business requirements that are complex? The platform's capabilities may require additional effort to master, but they should ultimately be valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

Some limitations are nowhere described. The number of available approval actions is limited when building a workflow, particularly one involving the approval process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DocGen SalesForce Compatibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Nintex?

I like that I can generate an agreement via my salesforce dashboard into DocuSign. It'll showcase the company name, the type of pricing, the date and services listed. I like that it is a nice software that allows communication between our data entry in salesforce to the DocuSign tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nintex?

I dislike the lag time; it takes too long to load. In addition, some of the fields from the SFDC opportunity are off between that and when I click generate. I wish I could add in more pieces of info but thats probably done on behalf of our company admin. My role is a sales development consultant and we are only subject tto putting in fields that are minimal. In an ideal world, I'd love to be able to fill out more fields and have better autonomy over what pulls instead of it being pre-set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
