"One of the best, feature-rich and cost competitive RMM tools on the market"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We cant really say enough good things about NinjaOne. Its streamlined so many repetitive system admin related tasks for us and has allowed us to create a predictably configured fleet of end user computers by using task automation and policies and to easily run scripts on single or groups of computers. The interface is simple and intuitive and its taken new support members a matter of hours to get accustomed to it.

With new features also being added regularly its reassuring to know we haven't just purchased a static product and instead a set of tools that has the potential to grow with the business.

The built in remote control tool is also great and we have started using that more so than Teamviewer now. We have it configured to a point now where its really looking after itself and beyond some spot checks that we carry out weekly theres little for us to regularly maintain.

Support team are quick and knowledgable.

Still one of the best RMM tools on the market (even at the very competitive license costs). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

We've not encountered any negatives with the product, there is nothing to fault with RMM based on our usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust RMM solution at an afforable price that continues to grow and expand their product offering."
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Very easy to use interface. The integrations are easy to use, especially with Active Directory, JAMF, and EDR tools like Crowdstrike. It’s also very straightforward to integrate, import objects, and then deploy the agent. Creating policies and pushing applications is simple, and updating applications is just as easy. I also love the integration with FreshWorks, their integration with Qualys and Crowdstrike Spotlight for Vulnerability Management. Their Backup product is very competitive for the market, and the documentation in their Ninja DoJo is excellent. We are also using their MDM solution for Android since Meraki SM is being shutdown. Their Android MDM is more consistent, works better and very well built. Finally, we started using their Patch Management system and it does a great job with correlating vulnerabilities to patches. I am still not happy that their integration with third-part vmdr requires an API-relay server, but it is still a good solution. We use NinjaOne every day, and we really appreciate that it includes a native remote tool for the service desk to help employees with IT issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

- Their ITAM and Documentation system needs work to become as powerful as Kaseya's IT Glue. Since these products are in their infancy, I only expect it to get better with time.

- I am hoping to see BCDR in their backup product one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne is my tool to IT success."
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne continues to be a great tool and integrates smoothly with our environment. We have used it for the past three years, and during that time it has significantly streamlined our onboarding and offboarding processes while also helping reduce technical debt. It continues to support our efforts to automate solutions more effectively, freeing up the team to focus on more critical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I only have two issues at this point, and neither one detracts from NinjaOne’s overall effectiveness. Those issues are advanced reporting and the inability to assign limited admin roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne: A True One-Stop Portal for Device and Asset Management"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne is a one-stop shop for everything device- and asset-related. It’s the first portal I log into and the last one I log out of. I lead the infrastructure engineering team, and instead of chasing people for update on devices, users or assets, I can simply view everything myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Nothing comes straight to mind when answering this, but one thing I personally hate (even though others might love it) is having to keep up with the updates and stay up to date. That might just be down to the way I work, but I know those updates happen for a reason and I sometimes fall behind. Again, this is more of a personal dislike—I’m sure others would actually appreciate it, especially owners or people who manage or use the platform all the time. "NinjaOne: High-Value RMM That Just Keeps Getting Better"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We use NinjaRMM to manage IT across our 24-location automotive group, and it’s become the backbone of our operations.

What stands out most is how easy it is to use. The interface is clean, well laid out, and intuitive enough that even new team members get up to speed quickly—training new staff is genuinely a breeze. Day to day, automation keeps our hardware stable, and the built-in ticketing and Splashtop integration have streamlined how we support our stores.

Where Ninja really proves its value, though, is in how much the platform improves over time. We originally switched from a competitor four years ago, looking for better ROI and more innovation, and Ninja delivered right away. Since then, the steady cadence of meaningful upgrades—especially their AI-driven features—has only increased that value. We rely on the AI components constantly to surface insights faster, accelerate troubleshooting, and reduce the manual grind for my team, all without adding complexity or clutter to the UI.

Between the responsive support, scalable architecture, user-friendly design, and ongoing innovation, NinjaRMM has become a high-value, modern foundation for our IT operations—and I’m very comfortable recommending it to other IT leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

It’s fair to say NinjaOne is not the “cheapest” option on the market, and that’s really the only knock I can give it. As an automotive group rather than an MSP, I did my homework and went looking for lower-priced alternatives. Several providers marketed themselves as cheaper, but once I lined up the features, support, and real-world capabilities, those “cheaper” options actually came out more expensive on an apples-to-apples comparison.

Either the licensing model was more convoluted, key features cost extra, or we would have needed additional tools to fill gaps. With NinjaOne, what you get out of the box ends up delivering better value, even if the sticker price isn’t the lowest. So while NinjaOne isn’t inexpensive, in practice the platforms that claim to be cheaper either do less, are harder to use, or cost more once you factor in everything you actually need.

On top of that, their recent AI-powered additions have only widened the gap. Built-in AI assistance helps streamline routine tasks, surface insights faster, and reduce the time my team spends hunting for information or babysitting processes. Instead of bolting on yet another tool, NinjaOne has woven AI into the same clean, well-organized interface we already use every day, which makes the platform even more powerful without adding complexity. "Simple, Fast Patching and Remote Access with Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

It's been really easy to deploy scripts and set up automations. In NinjaOne, it's pretty straightforward to upload a script, assign it where you need it, and run it without jumping through a bunch of menus. I also like that they include a library of prebuilt scripts, so for a lot of common tasks I don't have to start from scratch. Between that and the automation options, it's saved us a lot of time and made routine maintenance much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

MDM is still the biggest area I'd like to see improved. It works fine for basic device management but it's missing some of the features and flexibility you get from more mature MDM solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use RMM with great support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

After getting our tenant set up, it has been pretty much 'set it and forget it.' Adding new devices show up where they are supposed to, policies apply, automations kick in. Makes managing thousands of devices on a daily basis much easier. Their support gets back to you fast when there is an issue. The UI is easy one you get used to it and then it becomes second nature. Integrating with SentinelOne along with their S1 pricing has been good for bottom line. No complaints about performance - automations run quickly and give feedback. What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Do have a few outstanding tickets for features that previously worked but don't now. They are not showstoppers though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Fast, and Powerful IT Management with NinjaOne"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What stands out most about NinjaOne is how simple and fast it makes IT management, without sacrificing power.

The interface feels clean and intuitive, so I’m not digging through endless menus just to find what I need. At the same time, it’s still very capable: remote monitoring, patch management, scripting, and automation all feel tightly integrated rather than bolted on as separate pieces.

Another major plus is its speed and reliability. Tasks like remote access or running scripts usually execute quickly, and that makes a real difference in day-to-day IT work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

One area for improvement in NinjaOne is reporting flexibility, as more advanced or highly customized reports can sometimes require additional effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne Makes My Daily Work as an IT Service Provider Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like most about NinjaOne is that it makes my daily work as an IT service provider noticeably easier. I can see the status of all my customers’ devices in one place and quickly identify where something needs my attention.

Patch management, alerts, software deployment, and scripts save me a lot of repetitive work and several hours each week. The interface feels modern and well organized, without being overloaded. I was also pleasantly surprised by how easy the onboarding was. Whenever I had a question, the support team responded quickly and genuinely tried to help.

NinjaOne is certainly not the cheapest solution, but for me, the time saved and the better overview of my customers’ systems make it worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

At the moment, there is honestly nothing I really dislike about NinjaOne. It works reliably, covers everything I currently need, and makes my daily work noticeably easier. So far, I have not come across any major issues or limitations that negatively affect my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
