"Unified Interface Makes Endpoint Management Effortless"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I like the unified interface pretty much, as it allows me to quickly create a structure where organizing and locating my endpoints is very straightforward. Additionally, when I open one of my endpoints, the overview blade proves to be both convenient and sophisticated. Running a script or accessing the desktop is also quite easily accessible. The deployment with the lightweight agent is also efficient, especially when I integrate it with our OS installer solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Even though NinjaOne is one of the better RMM tools I have ever used, I have a few pain points and limitations. For example you can run scripts easily, but building if-this-then-that style automations across systems is still somewhat manual. On the other hand Reporting could be more granular, the built-in reports are useful but not highly customizable — especially if you need detailed executive or compliance reporting. The built-in remote access tool is reliable but lacks advanced features like multi-monitor management finesse, file transfer queues, or detailed session logging that some other platforms offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and maintaining a large number of endpoints efficiently from a single, unified platform. It automates routine IT tasks such as patching, monitoring, and remote support, which significantly reduces manual workload and human error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use, All-in-One IT Management That Saves Time"

4/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like best about NinjaOne is how easy it is to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it's quick to find what you need without a steep learning curve. It also brings monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation together in one place, which makes managing devices much more efficient. Overall, it saves time and simplifies day-to-day IT management. Yes, I believe NinjaOne is worth the price. The biggest value comes from the amount of time it saves through automation and having endpoint monitoring, patch management, remote access, and asset management all in a single platform. Instead of spending time on repetitive maintenance tasks or switching between multiple tools, I can manage most day-to-day IT operations from one dashboard.

The reduction in manual work, faster issue resolution, and improved visibility into our environment have increased our team's productivity and helped us maintain a more secure and reliable endpoint fleet. While there are a few areas where reporting and customisation could be improved, the overall efficiency gains and time savings make the investment worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The main drawback I've experienced with NinjaOne is that some advanced reporting and dashboard customization options feel a bit limited compared to the rest of the platform. While the built-in reports cover most day-to-day needs, I've occasionally had to export data or do additional filtering to create reports tailored for specific stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and supporting endpoints from multiple disconnected tools. Before using a unified platform, tasks like monitoring device health, deploying patches, remotely troubleshooting issues, and tracking asset information often required switching between different applications.

With NinjaOne, I can monitor device health in real time, automate patch deployment, receive alerts when issues arise, and remotely access endpoints from a single dashboard. This has reduced the time spent on routine maintenance and allowed me to resolve user issues much faster, often without requiring users to bring their devices in or spend time walking through troubleshooting steps. "Powerful Single-Pane Device Management with Easy Policies and Fast App Deployment"

4.5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Having a single pane of glass to manage all our devices—regardless of device type or operating system—has been a huge help. I work primarily with iPads and found setting up restrictions and policies very straightforward, thanks to my previous MDM experience.

Initially, I missed our old MDM’s visual home screen layout tool, as NinjaOne required a custom payload. However, the custom payload ultimately proved to be far more powerful, and I'm much happier with it now. Apps deploy quickly and can be set to be removed automatically when our when I change the policy, which is nice. While app removal can occasionally be a bit finicky, refreshing the sync or using a few quick troubleshooting tricks always gets the job done.

I also reached out for support and received wonderful help! They were personable, thorough, and enjoyable to talk to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Occasionally, a handful of iPads fail to load their profile. Restarting them immediately usually doesn't resolve the issue, but turning the devices off for 24 hours almost always allows the profile to load successfully the following day. While this only impacts a small percentage of devices, it is a slight inconvenience.

With our previous MDM, wiping a device would automatically trigger the initial setup process all the way to the home screen before dropping off Wi-Fi. This zero-touch approach was extremely efficient during our summer refresh. Unfortunately, NinjaOne currently lacks this automated setup capability, requiring more manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

NinjaOne allows me to add and remove apps to devices without individually touching them. I can also schedule iOS updates around school breaks as well. It saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best, feature-rich and cost competitive RMM tools on the market"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We cant really say enough good things about NinjaOne. Its streamlined so many repetitive system admin related tasks for us and has allowed us to create a predictably configured fleet of end user computers by using task automation and policies and to easily run scripts on single or groups of computers. The interface is simple and intuitive and its taken new support members a matter of hours to get accustomed to it.

With new features also being added regularly its reassuring to know we haven't just purchased a static product and instead a set of tools that has the potential to grow with the business.

The built in remote control tool is also great and we have started using that more so than Teamviewer now. We have it configured to a point now where its really looking after itself and beyond some spot checks that we carry out weekly theres little for us to regularly maintain.

Support team are quick and knowledgable.

Still one of the best RMM tools on the market (even at the very competitive license costs). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

We've not encountered any negatives with the product, there is nothing to fault with RMM based on our usage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to timely patch OS and 3rd party apps to meet our security obligations.

Being able to run tasks/scripts/app installs on single or groups of machines in a matter of minutes.

Having the facility to use policies and tasks to enforce a baseline configuration across all company user computers.

Remotely supporting users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust RMM solution at an afforable price that continues to grow and expand their product offering."

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Very easy to use interface. The integrations are easy to use, especially with Active Directory, JAMF, and EDR tools like Crowdstrike. It’s also very straightforward to integrate, import objects, and then deploy the agent. Creating policies and pushing applications is simple, and updating applications is just as easy. I also love the integration with FreshWorks, their integration with Qualys and Crowdstrike Spotlight for Vulnerability Management. Their Backup product is very competitive for the market, and the documentation in their Ninja DoJo is excellent. We are also using their MDM solution for Android since Meraki SM is being shutdown. Their Android MDM is more consistent, works better and very well built. Finally, we started using their Patch Management system and it does a great job with correlating vulnerabilities to patches. I am still not happy that their integration with third-part vmdr requires an API-relay server, but it is still a good solution. We use NinjaOne every day, and we really appreciate that it includes a native remote tool for the service desk to help employees with IT issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

- Their ITAM and Documentation system needs work to become as powerful as Kaseya's IT Glue. Since these products are in their infancy, I only expect it to get better with time.

- I am hoping to see BCDR in their backup product one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Allows us to consolidate multiple vendors into one platform, save money, time and automate many processes that we did manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne is my tool to IT success."

4.5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne continues to be a great tool and integrates smoothly with our environment. We have used it for the past three years, and during that time it has significantly streamlined our onboarding and offboarding processes while also helping reduce technical debt. It continues to support our efforts to automate solutions more effectively, freeing up the team to focus on more critical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I only have two issues at this point, and neither one detracts from NinjaOne’s overall effectiveness. Those issues are advanced reporting and the inability to assign limited admin roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

We continue to move toward a more automated solution within our IT team, and NinjaOne continues to help us become more effective in that effort. Its tools have enabled faster onboarding with minimal user interaction, and the Patch Management feature has significantly improved our ability to monitor patches and schedule them more accurately across the entire environment. "NinjaOne: A True One-Stop Portal for Device and Asset Management"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne is a one-stop shop for everything device- and asset-related. It’s the first portal I log into and the last one I log out of. I lead the infrastructure engineering team, and instead of chasing people for update on devices, users or assets, I can simply view everything myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Nothing comes straight to mind when answering this, but one thing I personally hate (even though others might love it) is having to keep up with the updates and stay up to date. That might just be down to the way I work, but I know those updates happen for a reason and I sometimes fall behind. Again, this is more of a personal dislike—I’m sure others would actually appreciate it, especially owners or people who manage or use the platform all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for patching both the OS and third-party apps, along with automation/scripting, efficient asset management, and remote support. In the near future, we also plan to implement vulnerability management, which we’ve already tested and are currently reviewing the commercial details so we can get it in place soon. "NinjaOne: High-Value RMM That Just Keeps Getting Better"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We use NinjaRMM to manage IT across our 24-location automotive group, and it’s become the backbone of our operations.

What stands out most is how easy it is to use. The interface is clean, well laid out, and intuitive enough that even new team members get up to speed quickly—training new staff is genuinely a breeze. Day to day, automation keeps our hardware stable, and the built-in ticketing and Splashtop integration have streamlined how we support our stores.

Where Ninja really proves its value, though, is in how much the platform improves over time. We originally switched from a competitor four years ago, looking for better ROI and more innovation, and Ninja delivered right away. Since then, the steady cadence of meaningful upgrades—especially their AI-driven features—has only increased that value. We rely on the AI components constantly to surface insights faster, accelerate troubleshooting, and reduce the manual grind for my team, all without adding complexity or clutter to the UI.

Between the responsive support, scalable architecture, user-friendly design, and ongoing innovation, NinjaRMM has become a high-value, modern foundation for our IT operations—and I’m very comfortable recommending it to other IT leaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

It’s fair to say NinjaOne is not the “cheapest” option on the market, and that’s really the only knock I can give it. As an automotive group rather than an MSP, I did my homework and went looking for lower-priced alternatives. Several providers marketed themselves as cheaper, but once I lined up the features, support, and real-world capabilities, those “cheaper” options actually came out more expensive on an apples-to-apples comparison.

Either the licensing model was more convoluted, key features cost extra, or we would have needed additional tools to fill gaps. With NinjaOne, what you get out of the box ends up delivering better value, even if the sticker price isn’t the lowest. So while NinjaOne isn’t inexpensive, in practice the platforms that claim to be cheaper either do less, are harder to use, or cost more once you factor in everything you actually need.

On top of that, their recent AI-powered additions have only widened the gap. Built-in AI assistance helps streamline routine tasks, surface insights faster, and reduce the time my team spends hunting for information or babysitting processes. Instead of bolting on yet another tool, NinjaOne has woven AI into the same clean, well-organized interface we already use every day, which makes the platform even more powerful without adding complexity. What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

Introducing a ticketing system has truly transformed the way we work. We no longer have to juggle two different tools, and our workflow has become much more streamlined.

On top of that, their AI‑powered patch management has been a very welcome addition. It helps us identify, prioritize, and deploy patches more intelligently, which means less manual oversight, fewer missed updates, and a more secure, stable environment across all of our locations. "Simple, Fast Patching and Remote Access with Responsive Support"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

It's been really easy to deploy scripts and set up automations. In NinjaOne, it's pretty straightforward to upload a script, assign it where you need it, and run it without jumping through a bunch of menus. I also like that they include a library of prebuilt scripts, so for a lot of common tasks I don't have to start from scratch. Between that and the automation options, it's saved us a lot of time and made routine maintenance much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

MDM is still the biggest area I'd like to see improved. It works fine for basic device management but it's missing some of the features and flexibility you get from more mature MDM solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s mainly solving OS patching for us by making it much easier to keep devices up to date and manage updates in one place. It saves a lot of manual work and helps reduce missed patches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use RMM with great support"

4.5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

After getting our tenant set up, it has been pretty much 'set it and forget it.' Adding new devices show up where they are supposed to, policies apply, automations kick in. Makes managing thousands of devices on a daily basis much easier. Their support gets back to you fast when there is an issue. The UI is easy one you get used to it and then it becomes second nature. Integrating with SentinelOne along with their S1 pricing has been good for bottom line. No complaints about performance - automations run quickly and give feedback. What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Do have a few outstanding tickets for features that previously worked but don't now. They are not showstoppers though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have all our customer endpoints in one place. We can easily help an end user should something come up. One place to manage all patching, reboots, etc. Streamlining processes is a huge benefit too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
