"Bringing NinjaOne Onboard Was a Game-Changer for Our IT Teamice Visibility and Control"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Proposing and implementing NinjaOne in my company was one of the best decisions I’ve made. What stands out the most is how reliable and responsive the platform is. It gives us total visibility and control over our entire fleet of devices from a single dashboard. Script execution, automated patching, and monitoring just work out of the box without the clunkiness of traditional RMM tools. It made our team significantly more proactive and efficient. What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

It's hard to find major drawbacks because the product is constantly improving. Occasionally, minor feature updates change the location of certain settings in the UI, requiring a brief period of re-adaptation. Also, initial onboarding requires some time to set up automation policies properly to get maximum value, but once configured, it runs smoothly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One Console for Patching, Deployment, and Remote Access—Automation That Saves Hours"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We run NinjaOne across roughly 290 endpoints spread over three sites, and the biggest win is that one console covers patching, software deployment, and remote access without stitching three tools together. The scripting and automation engine is what I use most — I can push a PowerShell script to a device group and see the exit codes and output per machine, which has cut a lot of manual remote sessions out of my week. Policy inheritance across organisations and locations means a new machine picks up the right patch schedule and agent config the moment it registers, so onboarding is close to zero-touch. Entra ID SAML SSO was straightforward to enable and keeps technician access tied to our normal identity controls. Agent overhead on endpoints is light enough that users don't notice it, which matters when you're supporting production areas that can't tolerate slowdowns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The permissions model is the main gap for us. Roles are scoped at organisation level, so I can't cleanly restrict a technician to a single site — anyone with rights to the organisation effectively has rights everywhere in it. In a multi-site environment where each plant has its own on-site support, per-location role scoping would be a significant improvement.

Automation queuing is the other frustration. Scheduled scripts and policy-driven tasks occasionally sit queued and don't fire until the agent next checks in or the job is manually re-run, which makes it hard to trust that a push has actually landed without going back and verifying results per device.

Bulk tenant migration was also rougher than expected. Moving agents between tenants relies on community scripts rather than a supported native path, and a meaningful share of endpoints didn't re-register cleanly and had to be uninstalled and reinstalled by hand. "Lightweight, Fast, and Intuitive RMM Tool with Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I really enjoy how lightweight the agent is and how fast it responds. When we add new conditions or deploy automations, they almost seem to happen instantly, which is not our experience with other solutions.

The Interface is easy to use and intuitive. It integrates with most of the systems we need it to. Our pricing is reasonable for the features and functionality that are offered. I'm not sure what else to say. It's a great RMM tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

They often roll out new features, which is awesome, but they are often released too early and feel half-baked. It takes a good amount of time before they are usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne’s CrowdStrike Integration: Great Today, Even Better Tomorrow"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

As a cybersecurity professional, I’m always on the lookout for tools that streamline operations and enhance security capabilities. NinjaOne has truly stood out in this regard, especially with its flawless integration of CrowdStrike.

The integration between NinjaOne and CrowdStrike is a game-changer. It allows me to seamlessly deploy CrowdStrike’s powerful EDR solutions across all endpoints managed by NinjaOne, providing top-tier endpoint protection with minimal friction. The ease of integration means I don’t have to jump through hoops to set everything up, which saves me both time and resources—essential for an efficient security workflow.

The licensing process is another feature I deeply appreciate. NinjaOne’s straightforward approach to license management ensures that CrowdStrike licenses are managed with ease. The process is clear and intuitive, making it hassle-free to assign, renew, and monitor licenses for all the devices under my care. This makes managing cybersecurity resources much more efficient and organized, especially when scaling operations.

Overall, NinjaOne’s ability to pair with CrowdStrike and its smooth licensing process solidifies its place as an essential tool in my cybersecurity toolkit. It’s the kind of integration and management simplicity I need to keep things running smoothly, while ensuring robust protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

As an IT professional, I value tools that streamline operations and enhance security. NinjaOne has been instrumental in this regard, particularly with its integration of CrowdStrike.

The integration between NinjaOne and CrowdStrike is seamless, allowing for efficient deployment of Falcon sensors across endpoints. This synergy provides robust endpoint protection and centralized management, which is crucial for maintaining security across various devices.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the straightforward licensing process. Managing CrowdStrike licenses within NinjaOne is intuitive, ensuring that all endpoints are adequately protected without unnecessary complexity.

However, there's room for improvement. Currently, managing multiple CrowdStrike Customer IDs (CIDs) within NinjaOne isn't fully supported. This limitation can be challenging for organizations overseeing multiple clients, each with distinct CIDs. I understand that NinjaOne is actively working on this enhancement, and I'm optimistic about its forthcoming release. The ability to manage separate CIDs directly within NinjaOne would significantly streamline operations and improve efficiency.

In summary, NinjaOne's integration with CrowdStrike offers substantial benefits, and the anticipated improvements in CID management promise to make this tool even more indispensable for IT professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Endpoint Management & Remote Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I like NinjaOne for a lot of things, including remote support and IT automation with custom scripts. I appreciate its ability to handle patching and software automation, especially for endpoint management. The installation of software on many machines solves a lot of issues for us. I find it great that endpoint management, including software installation and device tracking, is accessible through a single dashboard. Remote support is probably what we like most because it allows us to access user devices using background tools and terminals, and also has screen sharing capabilities. It's integrated with our antivirus, ticketing system, and backups, which is super helpful because I don't have to navigate multiple websites or remember lots of logins. Everything is just in one place, and this single-agent setup is very useful as I don't need to install multiple agents. Antivirus integration is invaluable, providing summaries for scans and threats on each device, and makes it easy to manage them. The ease of use, with the integration of antivirus and backup into one agent, is super convenient. Plus, setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also love the script integration for automating device deployment, as well as how smoothly it integrates with Microsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I don’t really have any downsides to using NinjaOne. The only thing I would mention is the Bitdefender integration—specifically, clearing notifications so the device shows as green. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Dependable RMM with Powerful Automation and Device Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

What I like most about NinjaOne is how intuitive and dependable the platform is. It combines remote monitoring and management, patch management, endpoint management, MDM, and automation in one interface, which makes it straightforward for our technicians to work efficiently. The automation features, along with the clear visibility it provides into our managed devices, have helped us cut down on manual effort while improving response times and overall service quality. "NinjaOne: Intuitive UI, Solid Integrations, and Flawless Performance at Scale"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne has a lot of strong capabilities that work well for almost any client. The UI is very easy to understand, and while it does include an ELI5 view, in my opinion that actually strengthens the platform by helping it stay simple and approachable.

The overall integrations available out of the box are also very solid, and the main limitations really come down to your own imagination. Anything that isn’t supported out of the box can usually be defined with the right API keys and some setup. Platform performance has been flawless for us; even with over 8,000 entries and a lot of custom field data, it still loads with ease.

Pricing per product and per agent feels fair, with suitable plans in place for scalability (just talk to the team). Whenever we’ve needed support from the Ninja team, they’ve been happy to help, even when we’ve designed ourselves into more complex issues. As for onboarding, it isn’t a service we’ve taken on, but we know it’s available if we need it to assist with our client deployments. The AI setup in the platform is still upcoming, and it’s getting stronger over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

A couple of the features are a bit lacking, but providing feedback to our Ninja AM helps us better shape the product for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Solution with Great Service"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I find NinjaOne to be a very good product. The excellent solution it provides and the great customer service are standout features for me. I like how we use NinjaOne for device inventory and management, and it effectively solves our asset management issues and connections to customer networks. I appreciate the way NinjaOne shows the health of all devices, allowing me to see when things are down and what is really wrong, which makes my day simpler. Everything works well, and I love how NinjaOne is constantly looking to improve things. The initial setup was easy with the professional services from Ninja, and overall, I would rate my experience with NinjaOne as a 10 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague. "All-in-one platform, easy to use and very efficient for managing the technology park"
5/5
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

NinjaOne stands out particularly for its ease of use, combined with a very broad functional scope, making it a highly efficient platform for comprehensive management of the technology infrastructure.

The solution brings together key capabilities such as remote management, monitoring, patching, backups, and ticketing in a single panel. This significantly reduces tool dispersion and simplifies daily operations. This "all-in-one" approach allows for centralized system management, with a direct impact on time savings and improved productivity of the technical team.

Additionally, NinjaOne offers strong integrations with third-party solutions, such as SentinelOne or CrowdStrike, which facilitates its fit within more advanced security architectures and existing environments, without the need to replace critical components.

Finally, the customization layer and the ability to enrich both the panel and operations are especially important, as they allow the platform to be adapted to daily needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

As a point of improvement, multi-tenant management and the permissions model could evolve towards a more granular and flexible approach. In certain scenarios, maintaining adequate segmentation between tenants or clients can be complex, especially when different levels of access or operational responsibilities are required.

Likewise, although the integration with EDR solutions like SentinelOne is correct, it would be desirable to have greater direct operation capability from the central NinjaOne panel, avoiding the need to switch between consoles for certain advanced actions on the EDR. This would further reinforce the unified platform philosophy and improve operational efficiency in managed security environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
