## About Nineflat
Nineflat is property-management software built for the Greek market. Landlords and property managers keep every property, lease and tenant in one place, collect rent automatically (card, SEPA/IBAN or IRIS transfer), and send email and SMS reminders with late-fee automation. Leases are created and renewed online with e-signing. Consent-led tenant screening gives an evidence-based report without the landlord ever handling the applicant's documents. At tax time, Nineflat exports the Greek Ε2 and Δήλωση Μισθώσεων data ready for the accountant. Tenants use a free portal to see their dues, pay rent, download receipts and report repairs with photos. Estate agents and accountants get their own focused views, with fine-grained permissions for staff on higher plans. Free plan available; paid plans from €14/month.

**What do you like best about Nineflat?**

I like having everything for my rentals in one place. It’s easier to see what needs attention without digging through spreadsheets (or calendar event notes which I did a lot in the past!) and whatsapp messages.

**What do you dislike about Nineflat?**

It takes a little time to find your way around. I’d like more guidance during setup, especially when adding my first property.

**What problems is Nineflat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nineflat helps me keep rental information and payments organized in one place. I no longer miss maintenance dates, can easily figure out what happened with the technician that was supposed to go there, I can sign my lease remotely and I can check potential tenant candidates. In general it's easy to overview my property.
