The software's portal and payment solutions streamline daily tasks, cutting down time and boosting productivity. App is ease to navigate and user friendly and can be easily intergrated.

**What do you dislike about NextGen Patient Experience Platform?**

System errors may occur when patients create multiple accounts. Also there is a limitation on subject line. There is a scope of improvisation in customer service.

**What problems is NextGen Patient Experience Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Medfusion is helping us to enhance the patient experience and it allows patients to log in and see the required information and documents anytime or anywhere. The highly accessible Medfusion Plus app is making. Now we are able to keep a comprehensive record of patient payments with the help of centralized dashboard.
