What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR?

I love the Success Community that Nextgen offers. Should you have a problem, you can log in to your account and post questions/issues you may be having in the program. You can also make suggestions for improvements to the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NextGen Healthcare EHR?

I dislike the fact that when you cancel an appointment for a patient, it seems like it’s not shown on the provider side. When the doctor has to do notes, it seems like it comes up as the patient being seen on the cancelled date of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NextGen Healthcare EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s easy for the doctor to put his notes immediately so that we can send notes to the insurance companies and medical doctors/specialists in a timely manner.
