It is not very user friendly. It requires a patients chief complaint to equal the diagnosis determined at the end of the visit by the physician. I love the Success Community that Nextgen offers. Should you have a problem, you can log in to your account and post questions/issues you may be having in the program. I dislike the fact that when you cancel an appointment for a patient, it seems like it’s not shown on the provider side. It’s easy for the doctor to put his notes immediately so that we can send notes to the insurance companies and medical doctors/specialists in a timely manner.
