Nexley Reviews & Product Details

Nexley is your AI back office, and it lives in WhatsApp. You didn’t get into the trade to do paperwork. Nexley handles it for you, so your evenings are your own again. Quotes, sorted the same day. Send a voice note about the job and Nexley turns it into a priced quote. Your customer can accept it and pay the deposit right there on WhatsApp. Tenders without the late nights. Nexley measures the take-offs from your drawings and prices the bill of quantities using your own rates. Never miss a new enquiry. Nexley replies to new customers within seconds, any time of day, in your business’s name. It asks the right questions before you set off, so you don’t waste a trip. Admin done for you. Nexley writes your invoices, chases late payers, matches receipts to jobs, gets your CIS and VAT ready, writes your RAMS and files your certificates. Nothing new to learn. It all works through WhatsApp, which you already use. It connects to Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, and keeps job software like ServiceM8, Fergus and Commusoft up to date. You’re always in charge. Nexley does the drafting, and nothing goes out until you say so. Nexley was started by Kade Dillon, who has spent over 15 years in construction and knows how much time the paperwork eats up. He leads the company with Lorenzo Bandawe, our Head of Technical, who built the software behind it. We’re Nexley AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, and we built Nexley for UK trades. Try Nexley free for 7 days and see how much time you get back.
