Sometimes it feels very geared toward inventory based management and can be a little clunky when navigating the other modules. The customer service is solid. The functionality of the software has come a long way. It is intuitive and there is a lot of good functionality. The new back flow program is a great addition. I look forward to seeing where this goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
