Its algorithm allows me to spot trending stories early. You can create your own searches and dashboards so you can easily keep tabs on the outlets that most interest you. I've also set up alerts so that I can also keep track of the topics that I follow. **What do you dislike about NewsWhip?** There's not much I can complain about. I find this tool to be incredibly helpful and like how it can help me look into the future. Sometimes I question the stories that NewsWhip shows rising in velocity, but the company does not offer insight into its algorithm so it's hard to know if it's correctly predicting performance. **Recommendations to others considering NewsWhip:** Be sure to set up your own dashboards if you monitor the same media outlets frequently.
