**What do you like best about PeopleLinx?**

I love using PeopleLinx for its capabilities to expand my contact reach and efficiently schedule conversations with constituents. The automated communication process is particularly valuable as it allows me to manage ongoing communication projects seamlessly while attending to daily tasks, thus enhancing my productivity. I also appreciate the ease of setup; once a campaign is initiated, PeopleLinx handles scheduling, leaving me the task of simply keeping up with the meetings. The templates are another feature I find impressive, as they adhere to industry standards for subject lines and content, increasing the likelihood of recipient engagement. Additionally, the guidance provided by our customer success manager ensured a smooth setup process. Altogether, PeopleLinx has greatly improved my communication efficiency, and I am confident in recommending this tool for enhancing constituent relations.

I find that getting the wording just right for recipient attention while effectively communicating the purpose of a campaign can be challenging. This effort sometimes conflicts with established standards that are known to improve open rates and click-throughs, creating a tension between creative messaging and effective communication metrics.

**What do you like best about PeopleLinx?**

I have been using PeopleLinx for a year and a half, primarily to build sales and client leads. I love how easy it is to use and how effortless it makes reaching new customers and spreading the word. The support from the team at PeopleLinx is exceptional, which adds significant value for me. Additionally, I found the initial setup incredibly straightforward, which was a major plus, as it allowed me to begin using the tool without any unnecessary complexity or delays.

I find the setup process of PeopleLinx extremely straightforward and hassle-free, which was a major plus right from the beginning. **What do you like best about PeopleLinx?**

PeopleLinx is an excellent tool for allowing organizations and insitutions the ability initiate meaningful with their constituents. We have used it for contacting alumni of our university. I have had countless conversations with alumni who I have never spoken to before, individuals who are disengaged with their alma mater. The conversations made possible through PeopleLinx have set the groundwork for so many relationships that I plan on stewarding even further in the future. We love the team at PeopleLinx as they are great teachers and communicators.

There are no real downsides to PeopleLinx that I can think of!

PeopleLinx has made it easier to reach previosuly un-engaged alumni. There are so many and PeopleLinx's function made it possible to contact large numbers with ease.

**What do you like best about PeopleLinx?**

I used Nerdwise to reach catering prospects I would not have otherwise been able to reach efficiently and effectively under typical avenues.  Nerdwise’s method of sending personalized emails to appropriately titled and located office managers and/or event planners based on their LinkedIn profiles gets responses and led to multiple introductions, relationships, and ultimately catering sales.  It’s a solid technology that has recipients believing that I, as owner, personally sought them out with hours of research on LinkedIn.  I highly recommend Nerdwise.

**What do you dislike about PeopleLinx?**

Nerwise is reliant on LinkedIn profiles, which aren't always updated.  But you get enough hits that misfires are more than offset.

Saving time making introdcutions.

Right now, I'm the lone BDR for my company. We brought on Nerwise to help duplicate my efforts and it has been very helpful so far. We are generating additional meetings from their campaigns.

Currently, I don't have any complaints. The Nerdwise team is extremely helpful and responsive. We have check-in calls weekly, to go over the progress of the campaign.

Nerdwise is giving me additional opportunities to reach prospects. This gives me more time to prospect and follow up on warm leads. Also puts more prospects into the pipeline.

**What do you like best about PeopleLinx?**

As a growing company, we needed to find a solution that was both "complete" but could "scale" down to where we are in cost support needs.  Nerdwise has been straight to the point, supports us with a great team (not bots) and has helped us get a solid lead gen program off the ground.  Great value at a time and personalized care!

**What do you dislike about PeopleLinx?**

I haven't identified area where I can say I was dissappointed in any way.  Our challenge is always in building an interaction with prospective clients in this post-Covid reality.   Nerdwise is helping us make contact and cut through the noise.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleLinx:**

SO many marketing service providers are trying to be everything at the same time.  For smaller firms it is too much.  Nerdwise excels in their lane and keeps it simple.  There are extended services to be added over time of course, but the focus is on new opportunities that we can take action on.  For many firms... that is the root need.  That is certainly what we were looking for.

**What problems is PeopleLinx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I understand our business and have strong communication skills in specific settings.  However, Nerdwise understands the balance of what is enough to create an egangement.  There is a science to this that I completely respect.  They have helped me target and reach thousands or potential buyers with proven processes and approaches that I can't replicate on my own.  With NW creating an opportunity, we can take it from there.  Lastly, the NW team has coached us on things we can do to complement their service to improve our effectiveness.  True team players.

I have worked with Nerdwise for about 2 years. I've always found the ROI to be impressive and their customer service is second to none. Originally hired to manage my organic social media posts, their knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to cost and detail have earned my lead generation business. Not only that, they are fun to work with!

There's really nothing to dislike. I can't think of anything.

I was a bit skeptical when we first launched Nerdwise. Our on-boarding process was intense and we have used similar tools and were unsuccessful. The biggest difference is the messaging and the number of touches. I have been 100% impressed with the level of service we have received and the number of meetings, appointments, proposals and closed projects we can associate to our relationship with Nerdwise. We are glad to have them as a partner.

The team has very deep knowledge on the why, what and how for leadgen. I'm especially impressed with their technical expertise and their willingness to share information on how they accomplish their work. It's not a black box. It's a transparent process that you get to learn and understand, even as it evolves over time.
