## About Neoship
Neoship is a cloud-based multi-carrier shipping platform built for e-commerce businesses in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Most growing e-shops end up managing every courier separately: a contract here, an API integration there, a different label format for each, and a monthly reconciliation nobody wants to own. Neoship replaces that with one integration, one system and one invoice. With Neoship Premium, we procure the transport for you through our own contracted carriers — SPS, Packeta, Slovak Post, GLS and SDS — so you can start shipping immediately without negotiating a single carrier contract yourself. You get one monthly invoice for all carriers, we handle the claims process on your behalf, and you get priority support. With Neoship Basic, you keep your existing contracts with DPD, SPS, GLS or Packeta and use Neoship purely as the dispatch layer, at €0.04 per label regardless of the carrier.

**What do you like best about Neoship?**

Neoship brings all of our couriers together in one system. We no longer need a separate portal for each carrier—creating shipments, printing labels, and tracking parcels all work in the same way. It saves us time and keeps our shipping process straightforward and easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Neoship?**

Honestly, there isn’t really anything that bothers us. The platform does what we need it to do, and so far we haven’t run into any issues that feel worth mentioning.

**What problems is Neoship solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with several couriers, and Neoship gives us a single, consistent process across all of them. As a result, there’s less admin work, fewer mistakes, and one central place where we can check the status of every shipment.
