Neoship is a shipping and dispatch platform built for e-commerce businesses in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Instead of negotiating, integrating and reconciling every courier separately, e-shops connect Neoship once and run their entire dispatch — label creation, tracking, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, claims and statistics — from a single system.
The platform covers four areas:
Carrier services and shipping procurement. In the Premium version, Neoship arranges transport through its own contracted carriers — SPS, Packeta, Slovak Post, GLS and SDS — so you ship immediately without negotiating a single carrier contract yourself. Neoship also handles the claims process. In the Basic version you keep your existing contracts with DPD, SPS, GLS or Packeta and use Neoship purely as the dispatch layer.
E-shop and ERP integrations. Native, ready-made integrations for 16 e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shoptet, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento, OpenCart, Upgates, Webareal, BiznisWeb and others) and 17 ERP and invoicing systems (POHODA, Money S3/S4/S5, KROS, SuperFaktúra, ABRA, Helios, KARAT, Odoo, SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics and more). A documented REST API is available for custom systems. Plugin activation is free and takes minutes — no in-house development.
Bulk parcel creation and label printing. Create hundreds of parcels from XML, CSV or TXT files or straight from your e-shop or accounting data, and print labels on thermal or standard printers. One integration works across every carrier, so switching carriers needs no technical work.
Finance, cash on delivery and statistics. Per-parcel price breakdowns, total and return costs, paid and unpaid cash on delivery at a glance, bulk matching of COD payments to invoices and SEPA XML export. Statistics cover parcel counts, weights, destination countries and return rates.
A shared pickup-point map shows boxes and parcel shops from multiple carriers in one place, so customers choose the nearest point regardless of which carrier delivers it. Recipients get custom notification e-mails with tracking links.
