I found the setup and implementation of Ncontracts very difficult. It did not match our processes, particularly because we don't use relationship managers the way the platform does. Additionally, we had significant issues transitioning our vendors and discovered only later that none of the contracts would be imported automatically, which was a major issue for us. We also faced problems with the lack of workflows and automations; everything is extremely manual, which is inefficient. Moreover, the reporting capabilities are not adequate. I find there are a few extra steps in nVerify that aren’t as user-friendly, especially when setting up reports or saving current data. When I create an audit report, I have to hit the back button to move to the next steps instead of moving forward through the workflow, and there’s no save button, which makes me nervous that I’ll undo what I just entered.
