Using Myq has greatly enhanced the efficiency of my receiving operations. The truck presence sensors allow my warehouse team to get real-time notifications the moment a load arrives, often before the paperwork even makes it to the receiving office. There is a wide variety of reports available, which I find useful for managing detention fees and monitoring equipment utilization.

Also having the dashboard visible has helped both the inbound and outbound teams stay on task and know what workload they have. They use it every day, not sure how we would operate without it.
