What do you dislike about Mynewsdesk?

Even though the platform has potential, its current network for niche media professionals feels far too narrow. Without the Audience Builder add-on, the tool provides very few relevant contacts for specialized fields. The search functions add little value, and on certain occasions, the suggested contacts are highly unsuitable ranging from PR agency representatives to government/municipal employees and even irrelevant international contacts that don’t cater to our businesses at all.
