**What do you like best about MyGadgetRepairs?**

Looks like an excellent tool to manage operations and workflow at a computer repair or manage service provider business. There are more actions and triggers for automation software than others. The user interface looks overall attractive and simple.

**What do you dislike about MyGadgetRepairs?**

The evaluation period Is only 14 days. Working under a free account to become acquainted with the software.

**What problems is MyGadgetRepairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Potential alternative to the stale and slowly degrading SaaS (RepairShopr) we have been using for over 10 years.

**What do you like best about MyGadgetRepairs?**

I like this software because it adapts to any type of business in order to be able to repair cell phones or computers. It has a very friendly interface that will allow you to manage it without much problem.

I am delighted with this program since the part of the ticket in the technical support area so far has been the best I've seen. This system also allows me to integrate it with any operating system.

I really like the level of security that this system provides. The customer service team is great and they are very attentive and are able to solve any need you may have.

**What do you dislike about MyGadgetRepairs?**

When I started using this system I was initially scared by the amount of functions, it has, but after a few days I learned how to operate this system, of course with the help and assistance of the customer service team, which is an excellent team.


**Recommendations to others considering MyGadgetRepairs:**

This is undoubtedly a very good and safe software that offers peace of mind in its use without equal. In case of mishaps you can have the technical support team and receive a quick response from them in order to solve your problems with the system, unlike other systems that to receive a response take almost a full day.

**What problems is MyGadgetRepairs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to this system I have been able to take my business to another level. It has changed the whole focus of my business literally allowing me to repair those mobile devices and computers that were thought to have no fix.

This system also gives me the possibility of continuously monitoring the repairs of mobile equipment such as computers that I have been able to repair in order to be able to know which functions or parts are present faults.
