Looks like an excellent tool to manage operations and workflow at a computer repair or manage service provider business. There are more actions and triggers for automation software than others. The user interface looks overall attractive and simple.

It is an excellent ally for my business.

I like this software because it adapts to any type of business in order to be able to repair cell phones or computers. It has a very friendly interface that will allow you to manage it without much problem. I am delighted with this program since the part of the ticket in the technical support area so far has been the best I've seen. This system also allows me to integrate it with any operating system. I really like the level of security that this system provides. The customer service team is great and they are very attentive and are able to solve any need you may have.
