It was great quality and very user friendly, onboarding was a breeze, and there were no issues integrating with our IT team. We use it in the Career Center and in the Classroom. One of my favorite features are the training videos! From the beginning Raj and his team have always gone above and beyond to support our needs. I acquired a grant to subsidize our 3 year subscription, and the prices were very competitive - especially for the personal service. Sadly, our University is closing in August. Our subscription was due to expire at the end of March, and when I told Raj about our closing - he offered to extend our service at no charge through August to support our last graduating class and our employees who will be in transition. We are grateful for the personal service, great quality product and most importantly the kindness MIP has shown! The tool is effective and easy to use, with engaging training and how-to support videos. The staff was very helpful and always willing to support the growth of the program. The platform was always expanding by adding additional tools and programs. I really liked how students could log-in and record their interview and then send it to me for review. This saved time when my calendar was already full with student appointments. **What do you dislike about My Interview Practice?** The only thing that was a problem was that we had a hard time getting students to use the platform. I also like that I can customize an interview to provide more targeted questions. **What do you dislike about My Interview Practice?** The administrator dashboard could be more intuitive. It isn't always clear what path to take to engage with students and design the interviews. Also, data / interviews from previous semesters could be cataloged by date range so as to clearly organize interview groupings from one time period to the next. **Recommendations to others considering My Interview Practice:** Take the time to thoroughly review the functions available. This is a generally user-friendly platform that allows you to practice interviewing at various career-levels and with a plethora of industries. The worksheets are also very helpful as a tool to use with students as they prepare for the interviews. **What problems is My Interview Practice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Students can practice interviewing an unlimited number of times, ultimately improving their skills beyond what we could achieve in a face-to-face, one-time mock interview.
