Implementing this tool in the company was not difficult, the important thing is to fulfill the role, take importance to the office and keep doing the job. We use it every time it is required to do remote work, if we need a space to feel more comfortable we use this virtual office. It cost us a little bit to register each employee, integrating them to our company took a process even though it was tedious, it was fast. The customer service is slow, so I can't highlight any of this. **What do you dislike about My Digital Office?** It can present failures in the calls, but it is not usual. The rest of the application works well. The call and meeting options make it easy to communicate without using other programs. It really is very dynamic and entertaining to work this way, it creates an interactive space for employees, we organize different work rooms, we can organize the breaks according to the different rooms in the office, we can organize different chats to organize the information we need to share. **What do you dislike about My Digital Office?** It has an extension, but it would be perfect to have a direct application to enter it without going through the web. Although that is not really a drawback when using it, it is only a detail that I take personally. **What problems is My Digital Office solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to interact more with the employees of the company when doing remote work, it becomes interactive and to some extent fun this way of carrying out remote communication.
