I found the initial setup or navigating its features slightly challenging if you're not tech-savvy, especially when integrating multiple sales channels or customizing workflows.

While downloading multiple files, the multi select system is not so user friendly and seamless.

My Cloud PA has made file sharing, documentation, file downloading way more simpler and seamless with client and location handling.
