# Which gym management solutions offer mobile access for distributed gym manager teams managing scheduling and member communications on the go?

Hey G2 community, which gym management solutions offer mobile access for distributed gym manager teams managing scheduling and member communications on the go? Managing multiple locations from a phone is a different problem than just having an app for members to book classes, so I wanted to look specifically at what reviewers say about the staff or manager side of the mobile experience.

Mindbody reviewers specifically praise the Staff App for having a calendar view that's intuitive enough for staff to respond quickly to customers, and one manager running two locations described coordinating instructor schedules across both from one dashboard without needing to be physically present at either. Does that visibility actually extend to real-time member communication though, or mostly to scheduling?

Wodify's Coach View is built specifically for this, letting coaches manage schedules, sign-ins, and attendance from the app, and reviewers describe it as a hub for exactly the kind of on-the-go management this question is asking about.

PushPress reviewers describe managing member profiles, payments, and waivers from one place, cutting down significantly on administrative hours. One reviewer specifically noted their intercom support feature can be slow to respond during evenings or weekends though, which matters if you're relying on mobile access precisely because you're not in the building.

For managers actually running scheduling and communications remotely across locations: has the mobile side kept pace with the desktop version, or is there still a meaningful gap between what you can do on a phone versus at a desk?

Wodify's Coach View and Mindbody's Staff App are solving different problems. One is built for coaches managing their own sessions, the other for managers coordinating across locations. Worth clarifying which problem you're solving before comparing them.
