What do you like best about MSIGHTS?

MSIGHTS has proved useful in compiling and normalizing distributed analytics of marketing data. It simplifies data gathering and conversion for me because it eliminates many of the time-consuming tasks usually involved in integrating flow data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MSIGHTS?

On the data visualization front, it appears MSIGHTS has relatively few choices available to it. This can be uttering annoying especially when one is explaining trend results of marketing performance to the stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MSIGHTS?

They have team of experts and a flexible platform that can handle a lot of complexity. As an enterprise company with a robust data landcape, we often struggle to find vendors who can work with us to roll out changes at scale. MSights have delivered on countless use cases for us, handle a lot of the vendor management, can ask quickly on requests, and often have helpful strategic guidance. The magic really lies in their team who invest a lot of time in understanding how best to serve their clients. 10/10 for customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MSIGHTS?

Opportunities to improve data validation from 3rd parties and increase # of integrated vendors/partners. I believe this will make it more appealing for other 3rd parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MSIGHTS?

The people that work on Msights are on top of things, making sure that they communicate efficiently, explain in detail and with clarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MSIGHTS?

To begin with, the platform it self is very slow. It is also so difficult to costomise depending on the advertiser's needs. The procedure to create offer codes is roughly half an hour for each offer code. The Msights team are trying to adjust the agency to fit their platform in stead of trying to accomodate the agency and the client. When faced with a different campaign set up, they are extremely difficult to come up with solutions but rather suggest to the agency to change the campaign set up or to align with the client instead of trying to accomodate. Overall I would say that Msights have not been working with the agancy but instead across us, adding difficulties and issues instead of trying to be accomodating and coming up with solutions. Msights is adding around 40% more workload to my day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MSIGHTS?

This tool is very user friendly. Can view and read the data with just filtering the option required. The best part is the tool is very quick and easy to work upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Msights had Msights Support option were we ca track on the support tickets. However these feature is removed and its difficult to track on tickets raised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MSIGHTS?

Nothing. There is literally nothing I like about this platform, that I can see. Perhaps people in other roles find it helpful in some ways but even the reporting (which appears to be accurate, so I'll give them that) has such a lousy user interface that i can't even give that a thumbs up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MSIGHTS?

I work at an agency and am tasked with creating campaigns in msights so leads can flow from the vendors who generate leads, to the client. This is THE most convoluted, complex system I've ever encountered. There is NOTHING intuitive about it and it is needlessly complicated. It can literally take weeks to set up a campaign since inevitably there are questions each step of the way and then it takes a day or two for each one to be resolved by support. Campaign set-up does have multiple steps to drive governance, approvals, tracking, and to ensure lead validation is driven from media plan buying parameters. With this comes some complexity but based on your review, we have work to do to better streamline the experience.
