Worst software I've ever had the misfortune of using **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2019 **What do you like best about MSIGHTS?** Nothing. There is literally nothing I like about this platform, that I can see. Perhaps people in other roles find it helpful in some ways but even the reporting (which appears to be accurate, so I'll give them that) has such a lousy user interface that i can't even give that a thumbs up **What do you dislike about MSIGHTS?** I work at an agency and am tasked with creating campaigns in msights so leads can flow from the vendors who generate leads, to the client. This is THE most convoluted, complex system I've ever encountered. There is NOTHING intuitive about it and it is needlessly complicated. It can literally take weeks to set up a campaign since inevitably there are questions each step of the way and then it takes a day or two for each one to be resolved by support. **Recommendations to others considering MSIGHTS:** Run away!! **What problems is MSIGHTS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I guess it does an OK validating leads to see if they meet certain criteria before getting in to the end CRM system, but there are vastly easier ways to do that. **Official Response from Scott East:** > Hi, my name is Scott East, CEO and Co-Founder of MSIGHTS. Campaign set-up does have multiple steps to drive governance, approvals, tracking, and to ensure lead validation is driven from media plan buying parameters.
